The living area has parquet floors, French windows onto a sunny balcony and a large L-shaped corner sofa which is perfect for curling up on at the end of a long day. Stretch out and enjoy the 35” TV, wifi and music system with iPhone/USB docking station.

Kitchen
Sophisticated and fully equipped, with Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine, it’s the kind of kitchen that could inspire some great home catering.

Dining area
Between the living area and the kitchen is a dining table to seat four people, but there is also a small table on the balcony overlooking the church for al fresco dining.

Great apartment

this apartment was in a great location. Everything as clean and newly renovated inside. Elena was a huge help with suggestions about places to go. She was also very easy to contact via text if I had any questions regarding the apartment or Nice in general.

Adorable apartment, convenient location

My teenage daughter and I had a lovely extended stay (2 weeks) at this apartment. It is exactly as described and the pictures are accurate, it’s even a bit nicer in person. The efficiency kitchen has everything you need, the beds are comfortable, and there is plenty of storage space. Lots of charming details. The only negative of this place is the street that it’s on. It’s next to an auto mechanic and a job placement agency and as a result there are a lot of idle seeking men that congregate on the sidewalk or in front of the bodega, often drinking and smoking. The street itself is more of an alley and the building is not like the other charming ones nearby, it’s quite a bit shabbier. (There are also several homeless people who sleep on the steps of the church across the street, we saw Red Cross workers tending to one who was completely unresponsive one night.) So, my daughter and I had to navigate comments and catcalls, sometimes quite specific ones, on multiple occasions. We took to going the long way around the block. There was also a loud fight with screaming expletives in front of the building one Saturday night. So the apartment itself is great and it’s nice to be walking distance to the most touristy places but not in the middle of the huge crowds but for women traveling alone it’s good to be aware of the locality.
