Bedrooms
The two bedrooms are stylish and modern. The double room has plenty of wardrobe space with large French-windows that lead out onto the sunny balcony. The 2nd bedroom comprises of two single beds and wardrobe, again with large French-windows leading to the balcony. In each of the bedrooms, there is a wardrobe/closet, a mirror, a hairdryer, a dresser of drawers and an alarm clock with iPod docking station.

Bathrooms
There are two bathrooms neither have a toilet, there is a separate WC for everyone to use. One bathroom has a contemporary shower enclosure and sink. The second bathroom has a large tub and sink.

Living area
The open plan living area is spacious and well designed with a dining table for six and comfortable seating for four. There are large French-windows leading out onto the stunning balcony creating a light and airy feel and allowing the cooling breezes through the apartment. The large balcony is ideal for dining Al Fresco and will ensure that you’ll be able to sit out and enjoy aperitifs in the warm air of the Cote d’Azur.

Kitchen
The kitchen is sleek, minimal and smart looking with all the mod-cons you would expect of an apartment of this calibre. There is an oven, electric hob, microwave, coffee machine, washer/dryer and plenty of storage space and utensils.
