Villa completely renovated with garden in quiet and sunny. Ideal for two couples. Two double bedrooms, a bathroom, a toilet, a kitchen, a living room, dining room and conservatory. A 5-minute walk from shops and 10 minutes walk from the beach. Sheets, towels, tablecloths and napkins are provided. Air conditioning and heating. Near Monaco, Menton and Italy. (Bus line ).

Incredible, clean and family friendly

The property and home were absolutely amazing. The host were very friendly, helpful and wonderful to meet. Conveniently located between Monaco and Menton, it was the perfect location to enjoy the south of France. The neighborhood was super safe and family friendly and only minutes from stunning beaches, shops, and restaurants. Already planning our next trip back!

Spectular stay on French Riviera!

You will love this property and it's location. It has a wonderful garden and a short walk to the beach and restaurants. There is however no wifi. Just a heads up. The hosts are very friendly and helpful.

Wunderschönes Haus

Reizendes Haus mit atemberaubenden Garten und supernetten Vetmietern. Man kam Strand und Supermarkt gemütlich zu Fuß erreichen, auch bis nach Menton in die Altstadt ist es wunderbar am Meer entlang zu laufen. Absolut empfehlenswert!!!!!

charmante maison provençale avec jardin dans un quartier calme

la villa est parfaite , très propre, bien équipée, climatisée dans un quartier calme et entourée d'un jardin typiquement méditerranéen. Elle n'est pas équipée pour le télé travail car il n'y a pas internet, c'est le seul problème. le stationnement de la voiture dans le jardin est très court , il faudrait l'allonger d'une vingtaine de centimètres. Nous n'avons pas utilisé notre voiture pendant tout notre séjour car nous avons utilisé le réseau de bus et des taxis. En résumé, nous recommandons vraiment cette location pour ceux qui aiment la côte d' azur et ses fortes chaleurs.

Traumhafter Garten

Am besten hat uns der Garten gefallen! Wunderbar blühend. Leider war die Hängematte die auf dem Bild zu sehen ist bei uns nicht vorhanden. Das Haus an sich ist groß genug für 4 Personen, die Betten jedoch etwas klein und für unser Empfinden nicht so bequem. Vielleicht wäre im Wohnzimmer noch eine Schlafcouch angebracht um eine Option zum ausweichen zu haben. Auch mehr Handtücher wären für 4 Personen toll gewesen. Die Gastgeber waren super nett, diskret und der Check in und Check out unkompliziert. Die Lage ist gut um die Cote Azur mit dem Mietwagen zu erkunden.

Wir hatten einen Traumurlaub (15 Übernachtungen) in diesem schönen Haus mit einem wirklichen Traum-Garten! Bei uns blühten sämtliche Rosen, die Margeriten, Lilien, Bougainvillea etc. Die Lage ist ruhig; Geschäfte, Lokale, Strand und Bahnhof zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Die Eheleute Bal sind sehr hilfsbereit und diskret. Wir können das Objekt auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Die Abreise fiel uns schwer.

hôtes très accueillants et disponibles. La maison est idéalement située : au calme et pourtant proche de la gare, de la plage et des commerces (accessibles à pied, avec des enfants). Très bien équipée, la maison est d'une propreté irréprochable, la surface était idéale pour notre famille (couple avec 2 enfants de 8 ans). Le jardin superbement soigné : un enchantement des sens! fleurs et arbres fruitiers sont un régal pour la vue et l'odorat!! En somme une expérience totalement positive, que nous recommandons sans réserve.
