The air conditioning was very effective and the showers were powerful with plenty of hot water. The location is convenient for restaurants and a short walk to the marina. However the apartment is in need of refurbishment, see pictures, the fridge is rusty and has mould on the door seal, the wall units are falling off. The apartment is quite dark and the seating is covered by curtains to hide stains. There are some very large dead plants inside and outside, which were probably the cause of the infestation of small flies. In one bathroom the panel has fallen off the toilet flush and the main flush does not work.The shrubs outside are now mature and attractive, but hide the view of the marina.
