Villa Ocells II - with private swimming pool

Beautiful villa with 4 luminous bedrooms, 3 complete bathrooms, a spacious living-dining room, with comfortable armchairs and a fireplace that gives a touch of distinction to the atmosphere, it also has a television and a delicate decoration. The spacious, fully equipped kitchen with dining area and a view of the garden and swimming pool is also remarkable.



If you wish to enjoy the outdoors, there is furniture, sun loungers and a parasol where you can relax by the pool or enjoy the outdoor dining area near the barbecue, the place is ideal for summer evenings.



Puig de Ros is located in the southeast of Palma, with a life of its own, its calm and quiet environment makes it ideal for families but only 10 minutes by car from the Playa de Palma known for its leisure area. Puig de Ros is ideal for cycling and excursions along the cliffs.

Great location for a reasonable price

We stayed for a week with a group of friends and had a really good time here! Everything was clean, communication with the agency was easy and the garden with pool is really worth to spend the day! A bus/taxi stop and especially a very good equipped supermarket is a 2 minutes walk from the house! Would definitely stay here again!

Great place, very clean, very well kept, and spacious. Great communication by host with check-in information, response to questions. Villa was located right next to a supermarket which was amazing, conditions of house were all superb, and pool was a great touch. Plus, electricity was essentially taken care of -unless you overuse it a lot which-. Definitely would recommend to anyone interested Only thing is that it was farther from the city so if you plan on being in the city, car rental may be necessary as taxis are expensive.

Perfect place for groupfamily but disappointed by the company managing the property

Very comfortable place with a very nice swimming pool. The house is very close to other houses and you cannot stay outside too long at night without annoying the neighbors. Be careful to the electricity surcharge and take pictures of all the documents you are supposed to sign because they lost mine and did not want to refund the deposit until the forms were re-sent by all people present during the stay.

Great space, clean and comfortable

The house is very spacious. The beds are very comfortable. Everything is clean and the only thing missing was an extra ceramic bowl we could have used for the microwave. Also, the oven knobs have no marking remaining, which made it a bit tricky to figure out the temp, etc. but otherwise, the kitchen had everything we needed (you do need to come with all your favorite spices, incl. salt & sugar, as there isn't any when you first arrive). The washer worked very well, and unless it rained, the laundry dried in a few hours on the lines attached to the side of the house. The house is walking distance to the supermarket where you can find everything you need, and a pharmacy. It is barely a 10 min drive to El Arenal. Unfortunately, it was too cold for us to enjoy the pool. We were able to turn the heat on in the house when it got really cold outside. We will definitely try to come back next year! Thank you.

Angefangen bei einer kleinen WillkommensĂŒberraschung, ĂŒber die nette und schnelle Kommunikation bis hin zur Lage des Hauses waren wir sehr zufrieden.
