It is a bungalow at first very well equipped for a pleasant stay next to the beaches of the Costa Blanca South located in a gated complex of only 30 homes plant. The area has nice communal pool. The decor is modern and fully equipped to be like in your own home. It is about 2 kilometers from the beaches of Agua Marina and Campoamor in Orihuela Costa. Although there are close to all amenities including supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies, bars etc, the area is very quiet in summer and the rest of the year to ensure a few days of vacation the most relaxing. For lovers of "shopping" within a few kilometers are La Zenia shopping center with many shops and restaurants.

The house has two spacious bedrooms with fitted wardrobes. There are two bathrooms, one with bath. The kitchen is fully equipped with kitchen and dishwasher, oven, induction hob, toaster and kettle. There are also towels and linens.

There are air conditioners in the living room and bedroom. Both bedrooms also have ceiling fans. It even has a standing fan in the living room.

Wonderful Holiday

The apartment was spacious, well kept and clean. It had everything you would need. Great location and a quiet neighborhood. The swimming pool is big and very nice, perfect for families with children. Ricardo, the owner of the apartment was very nice and helpful. I 100% recommend.

Great property just a little confusion somewhere along the line as 16 stairs up to property and i have breathing problems so this would have not been a choice

Tranquilidad

La casa está en una urbanizacion muy bonita y cuidada. Los propietarios muy amables y estuvieron muy pendientes de todo. Está a 5 minutos de la playa en coche. Las playas son grandes y bonitas y tienen aparcamientos al lado. Nosotros ibamos por la tarde y no tuvimos problemas para aparcar. Se nota mucho la diferencia entre julio y agosto (mucha mas gente). Al ser una zona de chalets, es muy tranquila pero claro, se necesita el coche para todo. Algo negativo: Debe haber algun problema de alcantarillado por esa zona porque a veces olia un poco a tuberias. La habitacion pequeña, es muy calurosa, tiene ventilador de techo, pero creo que habría que cambiarlo por otro mas potente. Necesitas coche para moverte. Es una zona de chalets y no vi nada de transporte publico. Lo mejor: La casa tiene de todo. Menaje, lavadora, tele grande, aire, barbacoa. Las camas son cómodas. El patio es amplio para hacer barbacoas aparcar el coche a la sombra, dispone de sombrillas y tumbonas. La piscina y zonas de la urbanizaion muy cuidado y limpio. Cerca hay mercadona, Aldi, Alcampo, centro comercial aquopolis de torrevieja al oado. c pendientes de todo.

Magnifique séjour

Nous avons passés un agréable séjour chez Ricardo et Angela. L'accueil était top, l'hôte à été au petit soin avec nous. Le logement nickel niveau propreté et bien fonctionnel. Très bien situé avec des commerces proches, la piscine commune était superbe, le lotissement est vraiment calme. Je recommande vivement ce séjour chez Ricardo.

Nette und zuvorkommende R Vermieter . Kinderfreundlich, es wird sich gut gekümmert wenn was ist. Pool ist in der nähe und sehr sauber. Das Meer und die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten alles in der nähe.

Vacaciones geniales.

El alojamiento está en muy buenas condiciones y muy limpio. A la cocina no le falta ningún utensilio y la vajilla es muy nueva. Los colchones son cómodos y en muy buen estado. etc. La zona exterior es idónea ,tanto para tomar el sol , como para pasar veladas muy agradables o realizar las comidas, o que jueguen los niños. La piscina está en perfecto estado y muy limpia. Es divertido darse un baño nocturno , ya que tiene luces interiores. El agua siempre está caliente, y siempre hay sitio de sobra para poder bañarse con tranquilidad. Los alrededores son muy tranquilos , pero todo está cerca. A menos de 5 minutos en coche hay un gran centro comercial con todo tipo de tiendas , supermercados, cajero, zona de ocio y restauración , y además el parking es gratuito y siempre hay sitio para aparcar a la sombra en el sótano, que es algo que se agradece por el calor. A la misma distancia, en otra dirección ,se encuentra otra zona de restaurantes de todo tipo, con mucho ambiente y puestos callejeros de ropa , juguetes, bolsos, calzado, etc. Las playas están muy cerca en coche. A 5 minutos hay una que está bien y tiene aparcamiento gratuito cerca de la playa. Para aparcar cerca de las calas más turísticas hay que tener un poco de suerte o madrugar un poquito. En un radio de menos de una hora hay muchas actividades y excursiones que poder realizar. De todo ello y de restaurantes, playas , etc, nos informó el propietario. Los propietarios son una gente maravillosa, muy serviciales, amables y simpáticos, que se esfuerzan al máximo por hacer que la estancia sea agradable para los huéspedes . Sólo me queda volver a dar las gracias a Flavio y a Gely, y recomendar sin dudas la propiedad.
