Brittany Cottage Sleeps 6. Heated Pool, Free Wifi, Satellite TV, Pet Friendly

This cottage has been fully renovated to a high standard. It is very rural and set in beautiful Breton countryside with lots of lovely walks and very quiet country lanes. However, we are within a five minute drive from two small towns that have a supermarket, Church, banks and bars as well as the larger town of Loudeac just fifteen minutes away and St. Brieuc which is about thirty minutes away. There is lots to see and do for all ages in and around our area.

On site we have a games barn with bebe foot, pool, air hockey and table tennis tables, lots of toys and ride ons for our younger visitors.
There is a 5m x 10m heated outdoor swimming pool which is open from 10am until 10pm daily from mid-May until September (maybe later if the weather is good) and a pottery/craft studio where you can join Gill in creating unique items to take home with you as a memory of your holiday with us.
There are plenty of nearby bars, restaurants, supermarkets, shops, churches, banks and beaches within easy reach.
We offer Free Wifi. English & French Satellite TV and Laundry Facilities.
Laurel Cottage has three comfortable, carpeted bedrooms. Open plan living and dining areas with satellite television that has English Freesat and French Canal. Fully fitted & equipped kitchen with gas oven and hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle and a coffee maker. There is a family bathroom on the first floor consisting of a thermostatically controlled walk in shower, toilet and wash basin & en suite wash room in the bedroom on the second floor which has a toilet and wash basin.

There are radiators on the ground floor, landing, bathroom and two bedrooms on First Floor all controlled by a central thermostat in main house. Second Floor bedroom has an electric heater.

We also have a two bedroomed gite (Fuchsia Cottage) that sleeps four people on the same site.

All of the beds will be made up ready for your arrival and a bath towel is provided for each guest. The towels are for interior use only, you do need to provide your own pool/beach towels.

We do have our own animals including a few dogs and several cats and our guests are also welcome to bring their pets so long as they are well behaved and kept under control at all times. There is an additional charge of £50.00 (55 Euros) per pet for the duration of your stay.

Between the months of September to May any heating used is an additional charge. There are oil fired central heating radiators on the ground floor and in the two bedrooms and bathroom on the first floor of this cottage. There is also a log burner on the ground floor, logs can be purchased for 10 Euros per basket.

Other than mentioned above, all costs are included in the price quoted except for electricity. We have inline meters in each cottage which are read upon your arrival and on the day of your departure. Units are charged at exactly the same price as we pay our Electricity Company, no profit is made on the charge whatsoever. Payment will be required on the day of departure.

We have an area at the bottom of the rear garden where we house a variety of animals. There are some long stayers but, a lot of the animals are rescues and we rehome where we can so, numbers and variations are not always the same. They all love company though and are very happy with any food scraps going.

There is a small play area in the rear garden with a swing set for younger children and in our field next to the swimming pool is a badminton set up for anyone to use.
