La maison est magnifique, très bien équipée, et bien située. La vue est exceptionnelle, du lever au coucher du soleil, depuis la terrasse ou la piscine... Même les petits ont été enthousiasmés. Super séjour, accueil parfait de Charlotte, aucun bémol.

BELLE VILLA AVEC SUPERBE VUE

Très bien située, non loin des plages et à proximité de commerces, à 15 min d'Ajaccio, cette villa est spacieuse et bien équipée. La piscine à débordement sur vue mer est très agréable. Nous la recommandons vivement. Les mails échangées avec la propriété et l'accueil très sympathique de la conciergerie donne un plus à ce séjour.

Excellent séjour

Une très belle maison bien ventilée avec une vue exceptionnelle. Des propriétaires aux petits soins et une conciergerie très réactive et efficace. Pour les ados, la maison se situe à 30mn à pieds de Porticcio.

Séjour très agréable en bord de mer

Nous avons passé une dizaine de jours dans la maison, idéalement placée entre vue sur les îles Sanguinaires et une magnifique plage à pied en 7/8 minutes. Tout le confort actuel, équipements et matériel de cuisine parfaits, espaces intérieurs où chacun des 3 couples avait son indépendance, belle piscine à débordement, terrasse spacieuse avec vue superbe sur la mer, des échanges agréables et faciles avec Isabelle la propriétaire, nous y reviendrons avec plaisir, je l’espère !

Accueil sympathique de l agence Victoria, petite attention gastronomique de la part des propriétaires, nous avons dégustés le soir même à l'apéritif, face à cette vue magnifique. .La maison surplombe la mer , les photos sont raccords. La piscine est top, le soir elle peut être en mode éclairée...Nous étions en famille, dont un couple avec bébé de 4 mois, chacun avait son espace. Une voiture est indispensable pour les ballades, nous avons loués également des vélos électriques, ce mode de déplacement est gérable car hors saison, juillet et août me semble plus compliqué du fait de la circulation, sur la route qui longe la mer. Ce séjour nous laissera de belles images qui nous aiderons pendant l'hiver.

Bien accueillis et conseillés par la conciergerie. La propriétaire est également réactive pour répondre aux questions. Villa bien entretenue et propre. Magnifique vue de la villa ou de la piscine sur la mer. Commerces à proximité. Vacances très agréables. Annonce non mensongère !

Superbe villa avec une vue incroyable

Nous avons passé une semaine dans la villa avec des amis québécois au mois de juillet. La disposition de la maison permet à chacun de trouver son intimité et les pièces de vie sont accueillantes, spacieuses et très bien équipées. Le tout est très bien entretenu et propre. Nous avons apprécié la climatisation de la chambre de l’étage lors de cette semaine de fortes chaleurs. Équipement à généraliser sur les autres chambres peut être? Mais le must, est la vue de la terrasse et de la piscine. Effet Waouh garanti! C’est encore plus magique que sur les photos, une invitation à rester à la villa toute la semaine. Un grand merci à l’équipe d’accueil de La Conciergerie de Porticcio, pour leur professionnalisme et leur bonne humeur. Nous y reviendrons c’est certain!

Semaine moto en Corse

Circuits en étoile à partir d’Ajaccio pour 4 couples. Situation idéale, équipement et confort au top, garage assez grand pour accueillir 4 motos, tout y est pour passer de très belles soirées après les balades de la journée.

Très bon séjour dans une maison très spacieuse et fonctionnelle. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la climatisation à l'étage, la terrasse ombragée avec cette vue fascinante. La vue est splendide, exactement comme sur la photo ! La maison est très agréable à vivre et la piscine avec vue sur la mer et les îles sanguinaires est tout simplement superbe. Un grand merci à Victoria pour son accueil chaleureux, son humour, son sourire, ses conseils sur le tourisme dans la région et sa réactivité face à nos demandes. Villa extraordinaire

Nous avons passé de fabuleuses vacances, la villa est très bien située et est magnifique (très belle vue sur Isolella et les îles sanguinaires, les couchers de soleil sont inoubliables de la terrasse). La maison est spacieuse et tres bien agencée, deux belles chambres au rdc avec salle de bain et dressing indépendant, suite parentale à l'étage avec salle de bain et grand studio indépendant dans le bas de la maison. Grande cuisine, le plus :vous avez une merveilleuse vue sur la mer meme sans bouger du canapé ... Nous recommandons fortement cette location également car les propriétaires sont vraiment à l'écoute, nous avons eu un soucis avec le moteur de la piscine (qui n'était pas de leur fait)et ils ont tout fait pour rétablir la situation au plus vite. À réserver les yeux fermés et si nous devons revenir sur Porticcio nous y retournerons sans hésitation.
