Apartment La Maisonnee is situated right in the centre of Chamonix, just minutes away from the high street and all the local amenities.

This modern, stylish 2 bedroom apartment includes 1 double room in the attic that can also be made up as a twin, 1 twin room on the landing (in the attic) and a double sofa bed in the lounge. Total floor space including the attic is a spacious, central 50m2.

There are also two newly fitted modern bathrooms on the ground floor which means it is a great space for families or small groups of friends wanting a convenient and affordable stay in Chamonix.

Beautiful mountain views of Mont Blanc can be enjoyed from the skylights and the apartment also provides an outdoor parking space which is very convenient during peak season.

This fantastic location means that personal transport is not necessary however as public transport in Chamonix is a great, hassle-free way of getting around the valley.

Both the main bus stop and a train station are no more than a couple of minutes away by foot, meaning you can quickly access the rest of the Chamonix Valley as well as the town itself.

In addition, the historical Montenvers Tramway station is just 200 metres away, for easy access to the famous Mer de Glace.

Please note this is a no smoking property and pets are not allowed.

Great location!

Great location, very clean, and great communication from host! The rental did lack some basic housewares such as utensils for cooking and paper towels.

Great Location

Much smaller than in the pictures. Listing says fits 6 people, but it was tight with even 4. The beds were tiny and uncomfortable, the kitchen did not have an oven. The sofa mattress was disgusting full of stains and ripped up at the edges. One closet door near the entrance door was broken (off the tracks). One of the moonlight windows upstairs leaked drops of water. Location was fantastic.

Bon emplacement, pour 4 pas plus !

l appartement est bien situé à qques minutes à pied de la gare et des principaux points d intérêts de Chamonix. Il est adapté pour 4, sûrement pas pour 6... l´équipement de la cuisine est "limité" ( par exemple un saladier semble nécessaire... ) . La 2eme chambre de l´etage est "commandée" par la première. Pas bcp de hauteur sous les combles ! Pour y passer qques jours à 4 c´était suffisant.
