Apartment within a Farm which bears the name of Old Barn (sq. 70-4 + 1 pax), developed on two floors: the upper floor consists of the living room / dining room with fireplace, DTV, internet access, kitchenette, oven, dishwasher, direct access to a large terrace (sqm. 280) with view of Florence; Downstairs there are two double bedrooms (in one of them also a single bed) with a panoramic view of Florence, bathroom with shower; also accessible from the lower level.
Outside there is an area reserved to the apartment equipped with table and chairs and a large shared terrace overlooking Florence (m. 280), a solarium, barbecue, laundry, a pool of mt. 10x5, table tennis, table football.

Not as expected

The pictures led us to believe we were staying in a large portion of the yellow house. Our accommodation was actually what looked like the brick entry way. There were very few cooking utensils, no soaps, detergents, trash bags, or wine glasses. The WiFi was from an extension device from the main house. It only worked half the time and only in the upper floor. The only outdoor space available to us was a balcony with a table and chairs. We had several issues while we there, but David tried his best to solve them asap. I got this place because I believed there to be a lot of outdoor space available for leisure. This isn't the case. The pool area was unkept and not at all accomidating. The view was amazing from the countryside. That is one of the few saving graces.

I would like to reply to your review: - the ad linked to your booking has online photos of the outside too, I'm sorry you thought about staying in the yellow house. - the kitchen equipment is standard, if any guest needs other utensils we provide them on request, as well as kitchen soap, bathroom soap and garbage bags that you found as standard supply - Sorry about the WiFi, we had problems with the service manager - The table with chairs at your disposal was not on a balcony but on a sharing terrace of 280 square meters, we also have 4 hectares of land on which our guests can walk. - The swimming pool and solarium area was still closed, it is open to guests from June to mid-October. We always ask our guests if everything is fine in order to guarantee a good holiday, I'm sorry that you have had some downsides Kindly regards
