This beautiful appointed 5 bedroom, 3-bath property is incredibly clean and smartly decorated and we personally keep it that way for your comfort and ours because we use the house too. We want it to be like home and many of our guests have left comments to that fact. This unit is completely furnished, beach block condo and is available.
The second and third floors offer 5 bedrooms and 3 full baths and sleeps 10-12. Please see bedroom descriptions below.
What makes this unit stand out is the third or top floor which is an enormous upper cottage master king suite (5th BR), sleeper sofa and 42' TV. This king suite has it's own double vanity private bath, wet bar and two (2) private decks with great sunrises and sunsets. The main floor has a large family room area with ample seating, 46' flat screen TV, fireplace, dining area and comfortable front porch for quiet evenings. The fully equipped and well-stocked kitchen allows for multi-family dining. You will find upscale stainless steel appliances throughout and Corian counter tops. The unit is popular for many reasons, the most important being the homeyness. This well stocked home offers the following amenities: well stocked kitchen (spices,, tea, flour, sugar, etc.); enough bath towels for the entire family; laundry supplies; beach chairs; wagon to haul beach gear; coolers; beach toys; outdoor grill; outdoor secured shower high speed wireless internet and much more. The house also provides a complete supply of laundry supplies plus all the paper goods for bathroom and kitchen (toilet paper, paper towels, napkins, plastic bags, foil and saran wrap).

Ideal location and vary spacious apartment with two stories. Host/hostess was helpful and gracious. One caveat: be aware of damage deposit and clean-up fees, which are additional to the VRBO price.

This condo is ideal from start to finish. Check-in was super easy. Listing was accurate, kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and then some. Location is amazing, quiet neighborhood one and 1/2 blocks to the beach. Close to everything but far enough from the noise of the boardwalk. Next time we're in Ocean City we will definitely try to stay here again.

The house was very clean and beautifully decorated. Perfect location for a family wedding (close to the church). It was not a bad walk to the boardwalk and beach. Stephanie couldn’t have been nicer! We had a great time, the location of the property was awesome. 10 min walk to the boardwalk, minutes to the besch. 20 min to Walmart 10 min to liquor stores and shops. The house had everything we needed from space to necessity. I was so grateful for each item that was thoughtful placed and there. I hope to stay here again in the future

Wonderful Experience

My family and I hadn’t been to Ocean City in twenty years. However, we use to go every summer and stayed at many different condos. We all agreed that this was the nicest, cleanest property we’ve ever stayed in. The location was perfect, and they had so many amenities for us to use. We will definitely be booking this one again… next time we head that way.

Beautiful, clean home in a great location

My family and I had a wonderful vacation at this home. The “extras” such as starter paper products, towels, and beach equipment was much appreciated. Only a block and a half to the beach and boardwalk made it possible to walk or ride our bikes anywhere we wanted to go. The check in and check out processes were simple and Stephanie was readily available via email for any questions.

Conveniant and Comfortable

We had a lovely stay. The house is tastefully decorated and things provided by the owner (charis, coolers, kitchen equipment, etc.) also make the home highly functional. The beds are also comfortable and we appreciated the owner's commitment to a) keeping the home very clean and b) renting only to those who will maintain the home well. We would highly recommend the home. The only negative was that it is on the 2nd floor so for my husband and my mothers; both who are over 85, it made access and departure a little difficult. We share only in the event you or your guests have mobility challenges. Once IN the space - - it is mobility challenged friendly in that it has a shower in the primary bedroom that provides very easy acces - - no tub.

Summer 2022

This property was great for our needs. Close to other family houses in the vicinity and close to the beach and boardwalk. Everything you can imagine needing was there, either in the kitchen or the garage. Everything for the beach was there, chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, etc. An excellent property!

Winter Girls Weekend

5 bedrooms, 7 beds, 2 sofabeds, and 3 full baths (I think both couches are sofabeds) add up to a lot of space for a group. The only downside is the just about 30 steps you have to climb to get to the main door of the unit. But we looked at it as exercise. Property was clean and had all we needed except sheets.

Wonderful Accommodation!

My husband and I had a wonderful off-season visit in this property. We have rented a number of properties on VRBO and elsewhere and this had to be one of the best equipped. Everything is as represented. The decks are great, the furnishings appropriate for hanging out with family and the kitchen is as well stocked as other reviewers claim. Stephanie is a very responsive hostess and made sure we had everything we needed both before and after arrival. Many thanks for providing a perfect base for our reunion with family.

Family summer vacation

We had such a wonderful stay. Everyone in our party enjoyed, we had so much room for our party of 14. Everything that we needed for the week was stocked and ready to use. Location was perfect, just a few steps to the beach… We would readily come back and won’t hesitate to recommend this rental.

Fun family trip

Great location! 1 block from the beach and boardwalk. Really enjoyed the multiple decks and the house was fully stocked with all paper products, which is a HUGE help when packing for a family of 4. The only call out is that there are a LOT of steps to the second floor unit so be prepared, some extra exercise after getting ice cream on the boardwalk every night. :-)

Beach Birthday Weekend

We stayed at this property for the first family gathering since before Covid to celebrate my daughter turning 4. The property was immaculately cleaned and had a perfect layout and space for our large adult group who stayed. The house was stocked with all necessities and had convenient parking for a beach town. Would absolutely stay again in the future.

Perfect Jersey Shore vacation

Our family has been vacationing in Ocean City for almost 20 years and we love its family friendly atmosphere. We have dreamed of owning our own home in Ocean City and now it is a reality! We were fortunate to find a property that was owned by another couple who not only loved Ocean City but loved sharing it with other families. Many of our renters have been coming back to the same property for many years.We have strived to provide a warm and welcoming home with many amenities that most vacation rentals do not provide.

Why they chose this property

Our property is only 1 block from the beach and boardwalk. It is an easy walk to all the amusements, food and shopping that the Ocean City Boardwalk is known for.

What makes this property unique

Who wants to worry about dragging beach gear and basic necessities on vacation. We provide beach chairs, umbrellas, and a beach cart as well as coolers of various sizes and beach tags for 10 adults. We also provide bath towels , laundry detergent, and all the paper goods (paper towels, toilet paper, napkins...) that you will need for your stay.
