The indoor pools, sauna, hot tub and exercise facilities are open. Free parking and Sea Colony does charge for the use of these facilities, which varies depending on the time of year.

NEW SECTIONAL AND DINING ROOM TABLE AND CHAIRS 3-15-2022!

Second floor, renovated beachfront condo with a balcony and
breathtaking view of the ocean. It overlooks the main pool and children's
pool. You can either take one of two elevators one floor down or
just one flight of steps and walk right onto the pool area AND THEN
ANOTHER SHORT 20 STEPS ONTO THE BEACH AND OCEAN.

The master bedroom has a KING bed and remodeled master-bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed with a pillow-top mattress and shares a bath with the third bedroom, which two singles. There are also two roll-out cots available.

The remodeled kitchen boasts granite counters and top-quality appliances. The remodeled bathrooms have lovely new tile, tub and fixtures.

The 3 bedrooms have new bamboo hardwood flooring with area rugs.

The living area has commercial grade vinyl soft-step floors.
The 'Island/Caribbean' décor is different and charming.

Not the owners fault but our stay took place during a period when the property was being maintained for the upcoming season. The drone of power washers went on for hours on end. Fire alarms were tested throughout all the buildings each day during our stay. Maintenance had to come in to our unit to check the smoke alarms. Upon our arrival our parking spot was piled up with palettes and paint barrels we had to move. It wasn't an ideal time to book a restful vacation at Sea Colony.

Overall hosts were awesome and added some extra touches. Had a few hiccups with cleanliness but nothing that couldn’t be remedied with a clorox wipe. View was amazing and recent upgrades were appreciated. I would stay here again!

A Gem of A Getaway Place

We had a wonderful time here. It was neat and clean. The owners couldn't have been nicer. This is the 2nd time I have booked the property. I highly recommend staying here. I took my 87 year old mom and 86 year old aunt here to reconnect at the beach they both used to own homes at. They loved getting up early to watch the sunrise.

I was extremely pleased Jacqueline loved the condo, Sea Colony and her stay. I'm Always looking to improve for the next customer, so I asked Jacqueline why she wrote "COULD HAVE BEEN CLEANER." Jacqueline responded, "There was no indication the master bathroom was cleaned, "It looked ok" but because "there was no trash bag in the master trash can and no paper seal on the toilet seat, perhaps that is what I was expecting." I appreciated the feedback and will make sure to leave a trash bag in the master, but we don't do the paper seal on the very clean toilet seat.

Great Stay at Bethany Beach

First time to Bethany Beach area and what a lovely town, really good restaurants and super beach. The weather was way too cold and windy but the beach/ocean was absolutely beautiful to watch from the large glass window/door in the living room and bedroom! Even with the wild weather, the grandkids still went out on the beach and even ventured into the ocean. Comfortable beds. Great kitchen! Updated bathrooms. Even had an issue with the washer and the owners were wonderful and very prompt in their response. Overall a grand off season stay.

The property is so convenient and the amenities are great. Our 6 year old loved having the pools in addition to the ocean. The view from the balcony was perfect. I would definitely stay again. Very affordable for ocean front and family oriented.
