This unique amazing apartment will enjoyed your Paris ' stay. You are in the middle of the Latin Quarter, you can wander around to Saint germain des près ( 5 minutes walk),Notre Dame Cathedral , the Seine River with their "bouquinistes" ,Luxembourg garden, la Sainte Chapelle and la concièrgerie.
In the summer enjoy the balconny, in the winter enjoy the fire place, in the middle of pieces of art and antiques.

Excellent and Authentic Parisian Experience

We were very pleased with Catherine's flat. It exudes charm and personality. The only reason we did not give a full 5-star rating is the shower. For some reason it is not well enclosed, and with four people showering daily, we struggled a bit in terms of keeping water from pooling on the bathroom floor. We were able to work around this, and in some ways the shower experience was consistent with the overall eclectic charm of the flat. It was something that, on balance, we would have preferred to be different, but we enjoyed the flat and would not hesitate to stay there again!

Authentic Parisian Home

You will not be disappointed in this lovely Parisian flat. An exquisite view from tall windows, charming art and artifacts decorate this Haussman era flat. Large and spacious for two friends or two couples. Every detail was perfect. We were even treated to fresh croissants and bread for our first breakfast. In a world of sameness, this apartment has style and character. Just what you want when living in Paris. Communicating with the owner was a delight. Thank you, Catherine!

Eclectic decor and wonderful ambiance.

I stayed in this apartment near the Sorbonne with my two daughters for 6 nights. We are art, antiques and interior decor lovers so this place was amazing. The owner, Catherine, met us there and gave us an orientation of everything in the apartment. The beds are comfortable, the place is clean and full of French flair. Catherine has written instructions and neighborhood suggestions for her guests. There is a good elevator and a building concierge. The only difficulty was the shower but we managed. I gave the property four stars because of the shower. Overall, I loved this apartment!
