We love this condo and have stayed multiple times. The location is great with two small children. The condo also has some extra things that are not listed like a pack and play, nets, umbrella, and beach chairs. We look forward to staying here again.

We love the area. Our stay was nice. I feel like it’s time for some updates on the condo. It’s showing lots of wear and tear. The beds are squeaky and some worn mattresses. Cushions on the balcony are thin and wholly. Not a lot of kitchen ware for cooking and prepping food. The coffee maker makes loud noises when brewing. For the main part it’s an ok place to stay. Cold air and a great view is worth it. Sugar lands rentals were great.

It was clean, but it really needs some attention. They were really nice to work with and the view was great. They had new flooring in the bedrooms, so maybe they are working to repair some things. We have stayed at several of the units at Summerlin and it’s a great location.
