Completely furnished, tile and bamboo floors, gas oven, dishes and cookware.. Close to downtown with great restaurants and quaint shops. Near the Pinellas walking and biking trail. Minutes to beaches, such as Honeymoon, Caladesi, and Clearwater beach. Great art center, golf clubs, driving range, community center. Lots of live music. 25 minute drive to Tarpon Springs sponge docks, 35 minute drive to St. Pete and Tampa, 90 minute drive to Orlando. Baseball park is .winter home to the Toronto Bluejays.
Rented for minimum of 90 nights per stay only. $3,200/month plus $400 refundable deposit if cottage is left undamaged.

I moved here many years ago because when traveling I found the area had many amenities I appreciate: For example, the hiking/biking trail is nearby; the beaches are wonderful; I like many of the restaurants; and, of course, the weather is lovely, especially in the winter.
