LOCATION: Leeward Crest community. Enjoy both beaches- only four blocks to Stockley St. Rehoboth Beach & Boardwalk, less than 2 miles to Dewey Beach, and only .5 miles to Rehoboth Ave. Pedestrian-friendly stroll over Turtle Bridge to the beach! You could also rent a bike from multiple bike shops and cruise to Lewes Beach using the Junction Breakwater Trail. Enjoy the tax-free Tanger Outlets about 1 mile from the townhome w/ easy access to Rt. 1.
PARKING: Assigned parking for two cars.
AMENITIES: Enclosed sunroom, outdoor shower, washer, dryer, Wi-Fi, and electronic keypad system for easy check-in and check-out.
THINGS TO KNOW: Linens are not supplied. However, we do offer a rental package to guests. No pets and no smoking! No cable TV, just streaming services.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Convenient location nice stay !

We had a good week at this rental location despite the not perfect weather… it was a fun trip. Appreciated the well stocked kitchen and the comfortable sitting area and parking pass for the beach. We thought we’d have to pay to Park but it was free to park at lively Deauville beach in Rehoboth with the pass.

Great little spot

This was a perfect small family vacation spot. Charming and not overly fancy. The home is setup optimally for the space, with a nice open concept. The back room served as a great playroom for the kids. The kitchen is small but has everything you need and a nice pantry for storage. The ice maker on the fridge needs attention. The master bedroom was lovely and the best was comfy! but the bathroom was really tight. All the bedrooms we very nice and the fans work great! It was so easy taking the 5 min ride to the beach to park right along the boardwalk. You can cut across Rehoboth ave to get to the house from the beach without having to sit in traffic!

Review

The bedrooms did not have tv’s in them like we saw on line. The master bedroom only has a streaming service. Not cable. The listing was not as clean as we would have hoped. It lacked some of the small touches that other properties had which made it below average. This was year13 that I have stayed in Rehoboth.
