Fully furnished home with large living room and dining room. Relax in the great room with vaulted ceiling, fireplace and plenty of windows. Enjoy the beautiful solid wood floors, elegant rugs and modern amenities. Spacious new kitchen with granite countertop, stove, dishwasher, microwave, and large side-by-side refridgerator. Enjoy time with family and friends in the basement game room with large screen TV with Blu-Ray and wet bar. There is also a downstairs powder room. There are four tastefully appointed bedrooms – two sharing a bath and two with private baths. This is a great property for a couples retreat. A large patio with tables and chairs is a great place to have a meal and enjoy the perenial gardens that surround this home. This home is located just 10 minutes east of the historic city of Lancaster and close to Sight and Sound, outlet malls, Amish farms, restaurants, great bicycling roads, and quaint roadside stands. PER TOWNSHIP ORDINANCE, MORE THAN 10 GUESTS ARE NOT ALLOWED.

Perfect accommodations for 5 adults visiting area for first time to attend a high school graduation. Beautifully maintained, clean, all amenities. Appreciated the en suite bathrooms. House is stocked with everything you need to make for a great stay; even in the bathrooms!! We didn’t want for anything. Truly enjoyed the sunroom and the downstairs sitting area. Loved that it was centrally located to anywhere you needed to access a highway or rural road. Patio is nice size with well kept grounds. Three other friends said this was the best vrbo house they have ever stayed in and I would have to agree. All communication were very timely, instructions and directions to the point, and stay was truly relaxing. A true gem!

We absolutely loved our stay in this home! It was spotless, beautifully decorated, and felt so welcoming from the moment we arrived. The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked and had everything we needed for preparing meals and gathering together.We truly used every room in the house for something different. We completed a puzzle downstairs, shared many dinners around the large dining room table, and spent lots of time relaxing and talking in the sunroom. One feature we especially appreciated was having two washers and dryers, one upstairs and one downstairs, which made things incredibly convenient.This home was comfortable, thoughtfully set up, and perfect for making memories together. We would gladly stay here again!

Stayed for a two day Lancaster Amish country visit with friends and family. This house was absolutely perfect. It was in a great location central to everything. Very clean and neat and extremely comfortable beds. The pictures online do not do address this. It is so big and the outdoor area is beautiful as well. Nancy, the property manager and owner kept in touch throughout the stay. I would absolutely book here again.
