The apartment has everything needed and is ideally located on the tramway line direct from the airport and walking distance from old town and the beach.It is above a lively restaurant serving seafood, mentioning it for some nuisance due to smells in common areas, depending on season maybe. It is calm, not noisy.Patricia is a great host, and pays great attention to guests’ comfort.

Really convenient location (right next to tram from airport, mini supermarket market opposite, right on the edge of old town). Flat was ideal size and air con in each room was welcome after hours in the heat. Host was easily contactable, local agent likewise, and check-in was seamless. Whilst not dated in feel and not distracting from nice experience, apartment is showing some signs of age and wear.

Location, location, location. Minutes to the tram, bus or train. An easy, stressless 30 minutes to the apartment from Nice airport on the tram. Surrounded by 5 star restaurants and amazing 9 euro pizza location. Central to everywhere you want to go on Côte d’Azur. A/C was essential and appreciated. Easily ranks as one of our best vacations and the apartment was instrumental.

Great Location , Wonderful Hosts

This was a great location and lovely home! Nice and clean, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen with washer/ dryer. No fuss getting in and great travel advice for our trip. Only 10 min from the beach and steps from the tram from the airport. Would definitely stay again!

The place was wonderful. The best location to walk to everything. Loved having the room with the extra toilet for our family of 4. Clean and comfortable beds. Would definitely stay there again.

The location was excellent. Right off Garibaldi Square and old town Nice. Also close to public transportation including all the tram lines. A park with lots of play equipment was nearby and a nice walk through the park or old town to the beach. The air conditioning worked well. (Relatives were staying in a hotel nearby and the air conditioning was not turned on until later in the spring and they were hot. )The kitchen didn't have an oven but had a microwave, stovetop and lots of dishes, glasses and cook ware. The beds were comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice Stay

Great place to stay , great host

Super clean, has complete kitchenette , good location surrounding by grocery store and many restaurant and very closed to the tram , the owner very responsive and kind , we had water heater problem but they fix it right away , highly recommended and for sure I will coming back to this beautiful place .
