Sit on the deck and count the boats as they travel by on the Intercoastal Waterway! This south facing penthouse condo overlooks the Marina at South Harbor with both sunrise and sunset views. Perfect for the couple looking to get away in style for a week or long weekend, or longer! This unit was formerly one of the suites at a bed and breakfast. THE CONDO IS NOT PART OF AN INN OR HOTEL. IT IS AN INDIVIDUALLY OWNED UNIT. This unit has a ground floor entrance with interior staircase up to the second floor. End unit for more privacy. NO PETS. NO SMOKING. VERY CLEAN.

Close to everything you want to do at the beach! Public beach access is just a short drive (< 4 miles) or bike ride over the bridge. Other attractions:
Oak Island Golf Course - 3 miles
Southport waterfront yacht basin - 6 miles
Historic downtown Southport - 6 miles
Bald Head Ferry - 8 miles
Dutchman Creek Park - 0.2 miles

A beach condo on the ICW with stunning views. Restaurants in close proximity. Well maintained, clean, and comfortable accommodations. Wonderful owners that are super friendly! Balcony overlooking the marina. We highly recommend and love staying here!
