Cummaquid - Enjoy beautiful views across Barnstable Harbor and Sandy Neck from the deck of this free standing condo cottage tucked down a private road. The deck is the perfect place to sip your coffee and watching the boats come and go. The owner has recently updated the cottage bath and added an indoor shower. There are 2 cozy bedrooms; one has a double bed and the other has 2 twins. It is a short walk to the child friendly association beach and there is an outside shower to use after your day on the beach or sand flats. This is the ideal place to make your Cape Cod memories and a great place for kids.
Living space is approximately 471 square feet. There is a strict no pets, 2 car limit for this property. Saturday check in is offered.
PLEASE NOTE: Once your reservation is made a lease will be emailed to you from Foran Realty. You must sign your lease within 48 hours of receipt. If you do not receive the email please contact Foran Realty immediately. Please note our cancellation policy spelled out in the lease. You will be asked to initial the policy as part of the signing of the lease. Foran Realty will not process any credit card payments until the lease is returned to our office. Your reservation is not confirmed until your lease is returned and the deposit is collected. Your reservation is on HOLD and not bookable by another party for the 48 hours from the time of the initial booking. We look forward to seeing you soon.
