(Take a surfing lesson & watch some of the best East Coast Surfers ride the waves!) The beautiful Rhode Island STATE beaches are also nearby! Seven miles to Newport Bridge & all that the Famous Newport Yachting Center has to offer! (Shops/restaurants/sail tours/Elegant Mansions). Visit nearby Historic Charming Wickford Village for shopping & dining. Nice Quiet Family Neighborhood. Three bedrooms: Upper level has two bedrooms, one bedroom with a Queen size Bed & 1/2 bath en-suite. one bedroom with two Single beds. Home is bright & cheery and tastefully furnished with fully equipped kitchen. All linens, towels, beach chairs provided. Beautiful tile and hardwood floors throughout. Granite counters. A/C & Internet. Listen to the birds chirp as you relax on the large two level sun-deck. Large gas grill, table with umbrella & seating area around gas firepit on deck. Unwind around the Adirondack chairs and wood burning fire pit in backyard. Plenty of room to play Bocce or croquet in yard. Kayak on the nearby gorgeous Narrow River to beautiful Ocean Beach! Bicycle Rental within walking distance. Walk to Family Friendly Pub, Coffee Bar, Ice cream shop & diner. Walk to Narrow River and full facility playground with tennis and basketball courts nearby. Several beautiful BEACHES and GOLF COURSES in the area. Go Deep Sea fishing from the famous Galilee Fishing Village in Narragansett. My husband and I ( both graduates of nearby University of Rhode Island ) have enjoyed living in beautiful Narragansett for over 35 years. We love being so close to the charming & historic village of Wickford. We enjoy the many options for accessing the waterfront and all the great places to dine or picnic. It's so nice to have the hustle and bustle of Newport just a short drive over the Jamestown Verrazano & the Newport Bridges. We both enjoy hiking, skating on the nearby bike path ( which goes over the scenic & historic great swamp and is a wonderful spot to view wildlife) & boating & kayaking on gorgeous Narragansett Bay! We especially enjoy the beauty and serenity of the Narrow River within walking distance.
