The second bedroom features a queen bed and A/C, with the second bathroom located adjacent to the second full bathroom in hallway. The top floor features an enclosed lofted bedroom with two twin beds and A/C.

The Resort is located between Route 6A/Main Street and Route 137.

Sponsored Guest Pool Passes:
This property allows the purchase of Sponsored Guest Pool Passes.

For the 2025 summer season, rates are:
-Daily: $25 per adult | $10 per child (ages 6–15)
-Weekly: $80 per adult | $40 per child(Children 5 and under do not require a pass)
Passes include daily/weekly access to Arbor and Fletcher Pools, Fletcher Cardio Center, and scheduled Children's Activities throughout the Villages.

Tennis & Pickleball fees:
-Fletcher $20/hour per court | Bay Pines $24/hour per court.

Pool passes are NOT included in your stay and must be purchased separately. The Ocean Edge Resort Golf Club manages the distribution, fees, and operations of all amenities, which are subject to change without notice.
