Brian and Missy were great hosts! They were super communicative and answered all our questions ahead of the stay. The house is a 3 minute drive from a nice beach or a 30 minute walk. The backyard is very nice with a good grill and firepit. Loved our stay!

This home was so much better than the photos… and in the photos it’s greatSuch a great floor plan- 2 wings each with a bedroom and hall bath but close a door and mini suites! (with an extra bedroom on one) Common area in between and then a basement with a whole funzone and conversation area.Great back yard with entertaining area as well. Lovely and quietSuper clean and cute, great kitchen with all you need, we recommend and will return, close to everything we wanted!

Lovely little stay

The property was so adorable and super close to the beach. Close to resturants and shopping. Tons if sleeping space and made my friends bachelette weekend perfect. Would totally stay here again/make it a yearly trip.

We had a great stay at Brian & Missy's beautiful Cape Cod home with our family! The house was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. There was plenty of space for the kids to play, and the yard and deck made it easy to enjoy time outside. We especially appreciated the outdoor shower after long beach days! The location was quiet but still close to beaches, restaurants, and more! The owners were friendly and helpful, and everything was just as described. It felt like a home away from home — we’d definitely come back!

Beautiful Cape Cod House

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely, beach themed, cottage, located in a cute neighborhood near local beaches. We had everything we needed for our stay and the house is centrally located on the Cape which is great for doing activities in all towns. The host responded quickly when I had a quick question which is always appreciated! Thank you for such a lovely stay!

Very nice property located in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the back deck and the lovely backyard. Bedrooms had plenty of storage for clothes.Be aware that linens are not included and is not mentioned anywhere in the VRBO listing. We only found out a week before ou trip in an email from the host. Sheets and towels were an additional 75 fee paid directly to the host. We also had to make our own beds upon arrival.Other than this one negative, we had a great time and enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful house/property in great neighborhood. Close to beaches, restaurants, etc. Extremely clean. Very responsive owner. Super easy check in. Beautiful back deck and yard with fire pit and outdoor shower. Clean, large basement with washer dryer and a fun pool table! Very nice feature - You are able to close off bed and bathrooms from living room/kitchen area simply by closing a door for added privacy.

this is a very easy-to-get-to house, perfectly situated in the middle of Cape Cod, allowing you to visit all that the area has to offer without having to travel too far: we went everywhere, including Martha’s Vinyard, in the week we stayed at the house! and the short walk to the local beach (Haigis Beach) is well worth the effort …the house itself is very neat, with a well laid-out Lounge / Dining / Kitchen area – the kitchen itself being, unusually, very well stocked with utensils! the bedrooms have plenty of storage space – for all those clothes you probably didn’t really need to bring!the decking area, though, is probably the best part of the house: it has got lots of furniture (and cushions!) and, as it faces due west, it gets the sun all afternoon and evening so can sit in the sun most of the day and then, glass in hand, watch some wonderful sunsets! this is certainly a house – and area – we would go back to, and we probably will!our thanks to hosts Brian and Missy for the help and advice they provided prior to our arrival …

Nice House/Great Week

My husband and I stayed here for a week and the house was perfect for our family! The house is clean and decorated nicely and the private yard is beautiful. The neighborhood is very quiet. Our grown kids came and stayed plus our son in law and 18mo granddaughter. The bedrooms were set apart from main living area by a little hallway that had an additional door to close which made it nice when the baby was sleeping! (She slept great!)The central air was perfect and the basement w washer/dryer plus a pool table was a plus! We spent several nights around the very nice fire pit…we visited both West Dennis and Mayflower beaches! Overall a great house to get together w family that’s close to all things Cape Cod! We hope to be back!

Excellent property, owners easy to communicate with

We were very impressed with this property. The pictures online don't do it justice. The decor is beautiful and it is very roomy. I have a large family and children of different ages and we had plenty of room. My kids loved the pool table in the basement and played every night when we came in from a great day at the beach. The location is convenient to shopping, donut shop and ice cream. We also ventured out to to many other areas of the Cape and the location of the property is a short ride to areas like Hyannis and Chatham. The beach is beautiful and not very crowded. The owners of the property were very nice and easy to communicate with. If we had any questions about the property, they answered it very quickly. Overall we would say that we had a great week and would definitely stay here again. Thanks for sharing your property with us.

Une maison accueillante

Belle maison avec deux espaces séparés pour deux couples ou pour famille de six et plus. Nous étions 4 adultes et deux enfants et nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans cette belle maison bien équipée. Très propre. Accès rapide aux plages en auto. Douche extérieure très pratique. Belle terrasse et coin du feu extérieur. Améliorations possibles: matelas de la chambre d’amis, un grille-pain plus efficace. et une planche à découper. Brian et Missy ont répondu très rapidement à nos questions et nous ont donné toutes les informations utiles pour notre séjour. Cette propriété saura satisfaire les plus exigeants et je la recommande avec plaisir.

Kids enjoyed the pool table.

The teenagers loved having a pool table to have something to do at night. This was a cute cottage with some newer kitchen and bath updates. The owners were helpful and responsive. Loved the hardwood floors!
