Beautiful Modern Beach Home, Steps to Ocean

Our property is a beautiful, spacious 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home just a 3-5 minute walk to the beach. Recently remodeled in January of 2018, our home has a state of the art kitchen with all essentials for cooking a gourmet meal. The downstairs is a wide-open concept flow with plenty of room for family/friend gatherings. We have a small backyard and screened in patio, great for spending time outside with protection from bugs.

The large master bedroom has a king sized bed, and its own walk out patio with plenty of room to sprawl. Attached is a large master bathroom with walk-in shower and claw foot tub for soaking. The two guest bedrooms are spacious and share a jack-and-jill style bathroom with tub/shower combo. One guest room has a double bed and the other has a queen. The upstairs also has a washer and dryer close to bedrooms.
