Charming beachfront lower unit offers unobstructed views of the beach and bay. With easy access walkway to beach. Complete with two bedrooms and private baths, fully stocked kitchen, seperate dining room. Home features TV, WIFI, Cable, DVD, washer & dryer, shared off street parking and patio/deck furniture. 4 parking spots shared between 3 units (1 handicap spot).

Handicap suite with full bath facilities. Wheelchair access throughout the home and extra wide doorways. Ramp leads to front deck for added convenience and an additional rear ramp with deck platform close to the beach.

Reservations for this home is for the lower unit on the beach. There is also an upstairs 2BR/2BA unit and a 1BR/1BA unit on this property. Please view vrbo #713567 & #819544

This was a wonderful rental for my dog and I. The views were pretty cool and it was super easy access on and off the beach. The cottage had everything we needed. Will definitely plan another trip here!

Place was great and so close to the beach! The people upstairs were loud as well as the cleaning after they left, and the new renters were loud walking around as well. Other than the noise from upstairs, it was perfect!

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The home was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything we needed for a relaxing family getaway. Nice place! ! Perfect for a little get away- we did bring our dog- appreciate that! It did smell like pee bad! The rugs need to be completely taken up. Not enough bins for trash! There was 3 units rented ant the time- no room to throw trash away- had to take it home with us. Other than that wonderful !!

Clean, private, right on the beach!

This house is on a nice, secluded beach with only a few people around. Horseshoe crabs would come up to the beach, which was a real treat. We have rented this home twice now and will definitely come back.

We spent a fall weekend get away at this lovely beachfront cottage with beautiful views of the water from inside the house as well as on the wooden deck..quiet, serene, and it came chock full of all the comforts of home..we loved our stay and look forward to hopefully returning sometime in the future.

Slaughter Beach stay

Accommodations were as advertised, plenty of places to spread out. Loved the view of the bay from the one bedroom, and the deck overlooking the bay was awesome! Being able to walk out on the bed anytime of the day was spectacular. Charlie love chasing the ghost crabs and we saved many a horseshoe crabs.

Fun, quiet stay!

I came with my son for a lacrosse tournament and decided to go this way instead of a hotel. So much better than a hotel! Cute, quiet little beach town. Very friendly! Clean house…well stocked except for towels which I think is silly, but whatever. Will other future tournament, we will use again!

Sweet beach retreat!

Our family stayed here for the first time, with our dog, and we may have found our new favorite vacay spot! Very quiet, peaceful, beautiful, and so much aquatic life and birds to watch. Loved searching for things at low tide, walking out to the sandbars, and counting horseshoe crabs. The people and the dogs were very nice! We loved the house too- plenty of space for all of us, clean, convenient, accommodating, and very cozy. I’m really hoping to get back here next year, if not sooner! And one last thing- the sunrises are worth waking up to see- simply beautiful!

Perfect for a family!

The pictures for the online listing don't do this house justice! The furniture is up-to-date and the house is tastefully decorated - it's bright and inviting! The kitchen was very well appointed and had everything that we needed and more. The local caretakers were easily accessible and very helpful with local recommendations! We will be back next year!!

Peace with Beach and Nature

Loved the quiet beauty of Slaughter Beach. The home was perfect for us with just steps to the beach and also the National Wildlife Refuge was right across the street. It was nice to be in a pet friendly neighborhood (both the beach and the homes nearby) without the crowds of the nearby high school "Beach Week" towns. The property manager and cleaning staff were extremely responsive to our questions. We especially loved sunrises and sunsets with all the crabs on the beach, and walking to the Marvel Wildlife viewing station to check out the Osprey nests / families. Would definitely stay here again
