Cottage on Kiawah, this private, end-unit Greenslake cottage has renovated bathrooms and kitchen and a large picture window overlooking the golf course! Conveniently located in Kiawah's West Beach Village, the cottage is a short walk (and even shorter bike ride) to the magnificent Kiawah beach and community pool (seasonal).
The community pool (seasonal) offers bathroom facilities, and is located halfway between our cottage and the beach. Perfect for a cool dip after a fun day at the beach. You can watch the golfers play on the first hole of Cougar Point Golf course from our screened porch, living room, or sun deck. Ten miles of pristine sand and surf will make this a vacation to remember. Kiawah Island is a golfers’ dream come true - five championship courses, including the world-famous Ocean Course, home of the 2012 and 2021 PGA Championships. Parking right in front of this single story cottage makes loading and unloading a breeze. There is a new king bed in the master bedroom and 2 twin beds in the guest room. There are flat screen TV's in the living room and both bedrooms for you to enjoy. Free wifi. I also rent 6 other Greenslake Cottages which makes this a perfect location for extended families or friends to spend their vacation together while still having their privacy. The Greenslake Cottage was perfect for our family! It was a great location, comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. It was a walkable distance to the beach, but we also enjoyed the quick bike ride. There was also great communication with the host!

This property was exactly as described. Check in was easy. Property is on first fairway of Cougar Point golf course. Inside was spacious and clean. Kitchen and laundry were well appointed. There are three flat screen TVs with a good selection of options. Master bath shower was great. Master bed was king sized but perhaps a bid soft for me.

Wonderful vacation spot

Wonderful getaway

Golf course cottage

The cottage was a perfect getaway in Kiawah Island. Location was convenient and close to everything. Owner/manager was very responsive with our questions and needs. The check-in and check- out process was very quick and easy. Would love to stay here again.

Nice, quite get away

This was our first stay in the Charleston area in about twenty years. I must say that Kiawah Island is amazing and the cottage was great. Very nice house with all the amenities needed for a week of rest and relaxation. I highly recommend this property.

Beautiful cottage for a perfect family getaway

Cottage is in a great location, close to golf and beach with friendly neighborhood. We stayed with our 2 small dogs for a week and we throughly enjoyed our stay with daily short walks to the beach. Susie was very helpful and informative throughout the rental process and quickly responded for any questions.I highly recommend for anyone to stay here. We will be back for next year

Perfect cottage

The cottage was perfect for our group of 4. The location and amenities like the grill, made for a wonderful trip. The communication with Susie ahead of time was great to get ready for the PGA Championship. She had all the tips & tricks for us. In 2007, I obtained my South Carolina Property Manager License and began helping fellow owners rent their properties through Kiawah By Owner. My business has grown over the years through owner referrals and guest recommendations. We currently manage more than 20 properties on Kiawah. Many families have been renting with us from the beginning, and their now-grown children have continued the tradition.

We love our cottage on Kiawah. We enjoy having both a screened porch and a deck overlooking Cougar Point golf course. We love to ride our bikes along the beach down to Captain Sam's Inlet to watch the dolphins around sunset.

Cottage on Kiawah is one of the largest 2 bedroom units on Kiawah Island. We have renovated the kitchen and both bathrooms. We added a large picture window in the kitchen overlooking the golf course. There is wifi if you need to stay connected during your vacation.
