Beautiful Modern building in nice, safe and quite neighborhood (Sábalo country) only 2 blocks from the beach and close to bars and restaurants.
The condo is on the first floor so is easy access for adults and kids, there’s a beautiful rooftop with a nice view as a common area for the 4 units of the building.
On the corner there’s a 24/7 convenience store and one block down an Oxxo store.
Two bedrooms; master bedroom with king size bed and its own full bathroom and guest bedroom with 2 beds.

Excellent apartment

We had an awesome time at this apartment. Everything we needed within walking distance. Very short walk to the beach. Apartment was very clean and had all that we needed for our 3 week stay. Owner was very easy to reach and replied promptly. We were very happy with this rental and enjoyed lots of time on the rooftop as well.

GREAT LOCATION!

This property was perfect for our needs. In a quiet residential neighborhood but just a few blocks from the main street, Camaron Sabalo and virtually brand new with all convenient amenities (new frig, coffee pot, dishes, W/D). Will stay again!

Unit was in a good convenient location. Within walking distances to beach, restaurants, etc. Unit was a little dark and could more lightning. Only issue was the barking dog in one of the other units. Would have liked a deadbolt lock on the main door

Great Condo; Perfect Location

We vacation in Mazatlan every year and Alfredo's unit is wonderful. The unit is very comfortable (as are the beds) and the plumbing, appliances and WIFI all worked perfectly. Having a washer dryer and a smart TV with Netflix are added pluses, as is the roof deck for sunning. Alfredo was an excellent host and was always responsive and flexible. The the best aspect of the unit was its location -- 100 meters from a Kiosko and less than a five minute walk to Cameron Sabalo, with its shops and restaurants, and the beach. But although the location is convenient, it is also quiet, with none of the noise of the main road or constantly barking dogs. So, for a great Mazatlan stay, we definitely recommend Alfredo's apartment.

Great listing and owner

The property was just as described. Very comfortable and the location was also perfect for me. It's about a 10 minute ride to downtown and the Mazatlan Malecon. Alfredo, the property owner, was great to communicate with and always took the initiative on checking to make sure all was well. Very pleased with my experience and certainly can see myself being a repeat renter. Thank you for an excellent experience.

Alfredo , both in 2019 and 2020 has been a prompt & pleasant communicator . Small facility improvements suggested last year were in place with style and efficiency for 2020. We would highly recommend the integrity of the owner as well as the strategic location of this almost new pleasant apartment.

Comfortable, modern apartment fabulous location

This apartment is perfectly set up, there was nothing lacking. Extensive kitchen items and appliances, tons of fluffy towels, beautiful bedding, tasteful decor. Excellent 2 showers and easy to use washer and drier off the expansive kitchen. Alfredo always responsive and polite in all communication. We had a plumbing problem (from suite above, but impacted our unit) that was dealt with promptly valuing our privacy. The rooftop terrace is a great place to watch weekly fireworks. The negative would be occasional noise: it is a safe and fairly quiet area but sometimes a dog would bark crazily and nonstop at night, and renters above partied on balcony above our bedroom a few times, and the buzzer to enter fourplex is outside the living room. But for the price, and the cleanliness, responsiveness, location, and comfort we would recommend this if you would not miss an ocean view. Also, we did not realize the front windows of two bedrooms had mirror effect so kept blinds shut until we discovered this and then we let the sunshine in! Enjoy this sunny first floor apartment a mere 5 minutes to the beach and close to dozens of restaurants and convenience stores.🌞

Our 49 nights and days were overall very satisfactory, so much so that we felt privileged to rebook and pay for March ,2020. Alfredo’s communication from Chicago was prompt , polite and helpful. I enjoyed & appreciated his constructive ,sincere efforts. For example when we shared a safety concern about the size of the newly installed glass wall in the shower stall of bathroom #2 Alfredo organized for a safety bar to be installed , immediately on the very next day. We appreciated also the modern and attractive decor. Our one suggestion would be to provide 2 bedside lights/lamps for reading in bed in the master bedroom. The 4 star rating is modified from a possible 5 because of our inexperience with Mexican party and vehicle noises particularly on .festival nights

A very modern building with a congenial host who responded to any queries or concerns immediately.

Quite a new build and because of that, the owner, Alfredo, is still in the process of outfitting the property with all the necessary amenities. Although, at this point, all that is really missing is a lamp or two. With the 10ft plus ceiling and the few pot lights, it tends to be a little dark after the sun goes down. Knowing Alfredo, that issue will likely be resolved for the next renters. The roomy master bedroom with the king size bed and en-suite bathroom is particularly comfortable. And the laundry room is a nice feature. It’s a gated building and the entire neighbourhood seems to be home to winter visitors. There are two convenience stores within a block or two and supermarkets are easily accessed by pulmonia or bus. Beach access is only a 4 or 5 minute walk away, literally straight down the street. Once there, you can walk for miles in either direction. The tourist buses stop at the main street about 3 minutes away in the same direction. There are dozens of great places to eat even within walking distance and the buses will take you to dozens more in the golden zone as well as in the old downtown (Centro) area. All in all, a very pleasant experience that will no doubt prompt us to return to Mazatlan again and again.
