Place not as advertised Weed house. Whole place in and out smells like weed party for days.

BE AWARE. . Owner does not advertise his use of marijuana on the property advertisement. He only admits to it after you bring it up to him. Message me and I can show you where he adjust to the use. Medicinal or for Joy. Either way. Should be advertised as such use as the apartments smell like major weed party has been going on.

I’ve never had to leave a negative review but this one deserves it. Truth be told, the owners said they all had been sick and needed extra time to clean our unit (they have 4 on the property). The unit they gave us wasn’t the one we booked and they said we got an “upgrade” for having to wait. The place is very musty smelling, dead lizard and cockroach, windowsills were filthy, trash under bed….I could go on. We have never stayed in a more filthy place. From the outside the place looks nice but the unit itself was horrible. I would strongly suggest you make sure you’re not getting the “Cabana”. This listing says Bungalow but be careful they don’t switch you when you arrive. The owners never even responded with an apology when I reached out about the condition of the unit.

Beautiful oasis in great location!

Great mid-town location with a pretty, quiet poolside terrace. Very private and comfortable. The host was helpful and responsive and made check-in and check-out super easy. Thanks for a great stay!

Awesome poolside setting - walkable to...

Stuart was a great host. Very responsive and accommodating. Enjoyed vegging by pool between meetings. Lots of seating and tropical plants +++ pool big enough for light lap swim:) Location is walkable to fun midtown “village” Lafayette and Cascade parks are both less than a mile away for hikers/ bikers/runners. Explored both colleges +++ - Asianfest going on nearby too! Clusters and Hops is my all time favorite wine bar- Just a few blocks away on Brevard and Monroe. Check out Stone Age across the street too- then wander north up Thomasville to more shops/restaurants! Table 23 was awesome— South of house a few blocks I Recommend Backroads Bistro —-Wish I had more time to explore midtown area shops:)

An amazing stay!

We stayed at this location for 1.5 month and had an amazing time - the place is really perfect. There is everything you need there and it is nice and quiet. The location is also good with good restaurants just around the corner. Stuart is an excellent host; very kind and helpful. We tended to use the pool a lot and it worked really well. I would highly recommend this place!

The apartment is perfect for a couple - within easy walking distance of restaurants , bars and downtown museums etc . Stuart (the proprietor) lives on the property and couldn't be more helpful . In all , we had a great time in Tallahassee .
