Mansion by the Sea - Steps to the beach- Sleeps 16 up to 32!

The Ashley Rose a Vacation Rental property that includes the Main House and 4 individual Cottages. The Main House can be rented on its own or with 1 or more of the Cottages. JUST RENOVATED - Everyone loves the location of this house at 715 Columbia Ave. Relax on the big wrap around porch with a refreshing sea breeze; rock your cares away in one of 20+ rockers and watch the moonlit sky; play games in the big living room or huge dining room on a rainy day; stretch out in one of the 3 restful suites with space and privacy. You can see the beach promenade 2 blks stroll straight ahead. Wide tree lined street, unobstructed views of the ocean from the second floor (it is still 2 blocks away), walk to restaurants, shops and attractions 1-2 blocks. The Main House has 7 bedrooms and 5 1/2 bathrooms.

Rent the Main house, or if you have a larger family, you can rent the main house and 4 cottages for a total of 11 bedrooms and 9.5 baths. A typical stay in the summer months is a week. For families up to 14-16, the main house can be rented. As your group grows you can one or more cottages. We rent to families as few as 2 and as large as 32 (total of 11-12 bedrooms and 9.5 baths). Prices quoted here are for main house. We also rent at a discount off season, so spend your holidays and weekend with us.

Our extended family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms to feel comfortable. The long dining room table was great because we could all share dinner together. Very clean. Great location.

Fabulous Family Getaway

This well maintained property is immaculate, well located and filled with charm. 7 bathrooms and 2 refrigerators and a dining table that comfortably seats 12 takes care of the practical matters. And the decor is relaxed sophisticated and chic. Our family of 10 loved our long weekend getaway. Highly recommended.

Beautiful house, charming cottages

We could not have asked for a more effortless renting experience! The owner and his property manager bent over backwards to make sure we had everything we needed and were happy. The cleaning crew was a little late so we couldn’t check in on time, but we didn’t mind because we took that time to shop and eat. After we got in, the property manager came over with chilled wine for us as an apology! We rented the main house and 2 of the cottages and they were all lovely. I highly recommend staying at The Ashley Rose (or one of the adorable cottages) the next time you visit Cape May!

Fancy and fun girls getaway!

This house was perfect for our girls weekend in Cape May! We stayed in the main house. It was beautifully decorated - a great combination of modern and classic. We had a group of about 15 and the place was a great fit. Getting ready was easy since each room had its own bathroom, there was plenty of space for everyone to sleep, and the kitchen/living room/dining room were big enough that everyone could gather and hang out together. They treat this place more like a hotel than a house rental - which really worked out great for a quick weekend getaway. They provided linens/towels/toiletries, etc. The owner was beyond accommodating too! He was friendly and helpful with anyone of questions, checked in on us, and even provided some great recommendations for restaurants, bars, and wine tours. Our stay was the end of February, and even in the 'off season' Cape May was a great place to visit. There was still plenty open, including nearby wineries. I will definitely use this place again in the future!
