Beach Club 425 is a wonderful 2 bdrm 2 bath unit w/an excellent ocean view & a lovely view of the landscaped courtyard and fountain. The ever-popular Beach Club on St. Simons has been home to many vacationers year after year. The Beach Club features a large swimming pool, kiddie pool, tennis courts, and direct access to the beach and ocean. The living room separates the 2 bedrooms. The master has a king and the guest bedroom has 2 twins. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room, allowing the unit to accommodate up to 6 people. The condo has a fully-equipped kitchen and a stack washer/dryer. This condo has recently been updated with new paint, new carpet, and new bed coverings. Wi-Fi is also included. MINIMUM AGE: 25; NO SMOKING; CK-IN 4:00 CK-OUT 10:00. FOR MONTHLY RATES, PLEASE SEND US AN INQUIRY FOR A DISCOUNTED QUOTE.

Absolutely loved the unit and the whole property. The parking was tight but my husband was able to navigate it with our minivan with a little bit of finesse. There was also parking outside of the covered area that was probably a little more spacious. The unit was updated and beachy but also felt like home at the same time. Will definitely look here first when we are back in the area!

Family Trip

Check-in/check-out was so incredibly easy (using a keypad/code system so no keys to track or return!). The condo was the perfect size for three adults and was very clean and comfortable. Great pool/patio area as well as easy access to the beach. The condo is a 5 minute walk to several local shops and restaurants. We had several communications with Belinda and she was quick to respond and always very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay!

Loved St. Simon’s

We can’t say enough good things about our experience starting with the ease of booking with Belinda and her response to any questions we had. The location was great and the condo was immaculate with a kitchen that had everything you could need to cook meals. Each day we enjoyed sitting on the balcony overlooking the courtyard/pool area and view of the beach. The gated access to the beach provides privacy for the complex and the hard pack sand helps to enjoy long walks. St. Simon’s has many restaurants and shops to explore, along with grocery stores and we advise the Trolley tour for a humorous overview of the area.

Awesome Unit

My husband and I stayed in unit 425. It was clean and had a great ocean view. The unit was fully stocked with everything we needed including cookware, glassware, tupperware and dinnerware. The unit was nicely furnished and so was the patio. The only issue we had was minor and taken care of immediately by the property manager. We needed batteries for the thermostat and she brought them right over. Overall it was a nice property near lots of restaurants.

Great option in St. Simons!

Check-in and access to property was seamless. Once inside, we were pleased with the space and amenities available. Short walk outside to pool and beach with a great view from balcony of the beach. Kitchen, laundry, bathrooms, all were great. A/C as well - very cold and comfortable during our stay. Only stressful part was the parking which is very tight underneath the building - difficult to park with a Honda Pilot. Outside parking meant for larger vehicles is not sufficient and not really enforced we saw many smaller vehicles occupying spaces out there. That's it though for negative thoughts. Comfortable property. We had a great stay at St. Simons!

The parking is horrible over there now. The garage was designed for the smaller cars that we drove 30 years ago. Not a heck of a lot they can do about it now. The property manager tries to limit the parking to 2 cars per unit. Additional cars are supposed to park outside the comples along Ocean Blvd. Not very convenient... :-)

Check-in not seamless

The condo was clean and well appointed. It is within easy driving distance to restaurants and points of interests. I believe the condo manager has not slept in the beds. Mattresses and pillows were not comfortable. My biggest complaint is the check-in. In the past when we have stayed in condo communities, all passwords were messaged through the VRBO app. We could go straight to the property. With this one, we needed to go to the realty office. We arrived after hours so the information was provided in a slot by the door. Since this information could have been seen by anyone walking past the door, I'm not sure why the info wasn't messaged. It seems that procedure would be safer and quicker .

I am sorry you weren't pleased with the check-in procedure. My office is less than 1/2 mile down the street from the property so I don't understand why it was inconvenient. Also, this check-in procedure has been in place for 16 years & has worked very well for 99% of the guests. It is also necessary for guests to stop at my office in order to pick up their parking pass. Without a parking pass, you may not be allowed entry into the complex. No, I have not slept in the beds. Why would I? The owner and their family and their guests have. They know the condition of the beds and they are pleased. Nobody has ever complained about the mattresses or pillows before. In fact, many people return year after year and specifically ask for this unit. And, actually, many people travel with their own pillows when travelling by car. I know I do.

Nice place to enjoy the beach!

We had a very nice place to stay while enjoying our first trip to Saint Simons Island. The condo was much larger than others we have stayed in. It was perfect for my wife and I and our two kids. Just a short walk through the courtyard and around the pool and you are in the sand. There are a few other resorts nearby and some public beach accesses. A short walk past them and I found an almost deserted section of the beach with several turtle nesting sites and driftwood. This made for some beautiful pictures! The beach was very nice with the occasional airplane and ship passing by and very relaxing atmosphere. There is ample parking under the building near the elevator, but the spots are a bit narrow. There is also parking out front for larger vehicles if you need the space. We only stayed three nights, but the condo was the perfect size for us with plenty of room in the master suite, a nice size kitchen and the kids had their own bathroom. All of the furniture, beds, and fixtures were in nice condition and worked well. The air-condition worked well and we were never hot inside. The furniture in the living room was nice, comfortable and relaxing. The pier and lighthouse are a short drive away and there are several dining options near them. We enjoyed the condo and island. It is a tourist area, but it is not overly commercialized. There are many small shops and businesses around as well as some well known fast food places. Overall it was a much more laid back atmosphere and seemed safer than some other beach towns that we have visited.

Nice property - Beach is not

The unit was lovely. The pool and grounds were great; clean and well maintained. The only problem is that the distance to the beach is 3/10 of a mile and once you get there the beach is dirty and not very inviting.

The condominium complex is direct oceanfront--there is nothing between it and the beach except for the swimming pool and the boardwalk leading down to the beach. There is also a good view of the beach/ocean from the condo's balcony. The water is not the pretty blue that you will find in Florida. That is because of the marshes. The beach sand is hard-packed, which makes it perfect for walking and bike riding.

Great stay at Beach Club

The location was great, right on the beach. It was also walkable to a few restaurants (I highly recommend Fiddlers and Barrier Island Brewing), and then a 3 min drive to The Village, parks, and pier. I was pleasantly surprised by how nice the pool was - fountains on the side, bench seating along the entire interior perimeter, and stair entry at both ends. The private beach access was also a huge plus. It was a nice walk through the dunes and right to the beach.

Great Condo!

The Condo was very spacious and even better than we had expected. The master bedroom and bathroom were great, very large. The kitchen was well stocked....the living room and dining room quite adequate. the second bedroom was nice also....both bedrooms and the living room had balcony access. Balcony had a nice ocean/beach view. The Beach Club itself is well taken care of....the pool was large and cleaned daily, the landscaping was sharp...just an overall great impression for our first visit to St. Simon's!

Perfect Long Weekend Getaway

This condo at the Beach Club was perfect for our long weekend beach trip with family. We had 4 adults staying there and there was plenty of room. Great location in proximity to the restaurants and pier. The pool was wonderful and easy access right to the beach. The view from the balcony was not directly beach front but still had a beautiful view of the ocean and could hear the waves at high tide. Great for adults or a family.
