Quiet and off the beaten path, nestled in the woods of Wells, Maine, this fully furnished, 2-bedroom vacation rental house is the perfect place to experience the beauty of the seacoast of Maine! Less than a mile from several beautiful beaches and a short drive to downtown Ogunquit, we are located in Beach Dreams, a gated community. Our house comes with ample amenities and comfortable accommodations for 4 and offers the perfect Maine escape for a romantic getaway or a family vacation!
Enjoy an open living room/kitchen, spacious bedrooms, a flat-screen TV to relax and wind out the day. We also offer wireless internet, cable, air conditioning and washer-dryer. (electric heat for those beautiful, cool Fall nights). The fully equipped kitchen and 4-person dining space welcome family dinners and breakfast. We have all the amenities of home!
This house comes complete with a community pool, outside hot tub, clubhouse, game room, basketball, tennis and bocce courts and an exercise room. The clubhouse has a big screen TV to watch your favorite sport as well as a gas fireplace, and a book and video sharing library.

Note! Pool and jacuzzi close for the season on October 15th.

Cute Cottage

Cute and cozy cottage, as advertized. There to greet us was a beautiful doe, looking straight into our eyes, about 25' in front of us. The cleanliness was way above a 10. Its well organized and the owners have thought of everything. We were so close to Kennebunk Port and Ogunquit and all the other things we wantrd to do. We had an outstanding time!

Cozy, comfortable and extra nice touches!

I booked this for my father (86) and his wife as Maine was the last of the 50 states he had to visit! They loved the cottage and it was perfect for them. Lots of special touches and it’s simply adorable! Thank YOU for making it such a treat for my Dad!

Summer Haven

I highly recommend this property! Doreen and Neil are a dream and both are highly communicative. The property was perfect for our foursome and exactly as described. It was very comfortable as well as perfectly appointed (and don’t forget the lovely little basket of surprises at check in 😉) The Beach Dreams property is beautifully landscaped and very clean. The cottage is a few minutes to the pool/hot tub/club house where we enjoyed many sunny afternoons. The property itself is a short drive from beautiful Nubble Light and minutes from beautiful downtown Ogunquit. It’s everything you need and more for your perfect Maine getaway. We would absolutely love to revisit this property in the future!

Neil and Doreen have lived in the Wells/Ogunquit area for over 19 years. The first time we visited the area, we fell in love and eventually made it our home!
We've traveled a lot with the family and know what it takes to make your stay a 5-star vacation! We provide all the amenities of home and our goal is to provide the best vacation experience for you can enjoy the iconic seacoast, beautiful beaches and the many, many restaurants and activities in the area!

Why they chose this property

We're located in a gated community, across from the main pool and jacuzzi. The many amenities include a game room, club house, exercise room, tennis, basketball and bocce courts. A 5 minute drive to several beaches, the community is also a trolley stop that provides public transportation throughout the area. We're also in close proximity to many shops and fabulous restaurants making this an idyllic Maine seacoast escape!
