3 bedroom, 2 bath home only steps from the Hiawassee River. Mountain home with breathtaking river views. Screened back porch with plenty of seating for friends and family. Deck on the river with a fire table. Sun porch with a swing bed for relaxing, reading, or sleeping. Open the windows to hear the soothing sounds of the river. Only 16 miles from downtown Helen, GA and just outside of downtown Hiawassee. We are also only about 20 miles from the casino in Murphy, NC. Flat screen TV's in master suite and living room. Gas log fireplace. Catch and release fishing allowed!! We'd love to have you in our home. Check in is 4pm and Check out is 11am.

Perfect place to relax and unwind. The house was clean, peaceful and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially enjoyed eating breakfast on the back porch overlooking the river. The host was welcoming and communicated well during our visit. We’d love to return .

The property is beautiful. The house is very tastefully decorated and comes with every imaginable item needed to truly enjoy your stay. The proximity to Helen, several wineries, tubing down the river or just exploring nature in the state parks or the back yard, complete with BBQ, fire table, patio seating by the river or enjoying form indoors with ample seating and a swing inside on the screened in deck. This property has everything to make a vacation memorable and relaxing.

This place is a true gem. Located in the very lovely community. You hear river, birds in the morning anf frogs at night. You are surrounded by all the natures.Close to everything. We met nice neighbors during our morning walks.The neighbor invited us to feed the fish in the river. We would love to come back.

Tynman is an amazing property, right on the river. It was fully equipped with everything we needed. The house was clean, beds comfortable, including an amazing bed swing on the back porch that was great for taking naps! Mandy was very responsive when communicating. An idyllic spot for some rest and relaxation. Such a spacious space. The fire-pit was fabulous and the screened-in porch made for fly-free meals. However the spot most used by me was the sofa swing. Such a sweet place to start the day with coffee and devotions. I so enjoyed listening to the birds singing, the leaves blowing and the water flowing.

Welcome to the TYNMAN Riverside Lodge! We purchased a home that's been in our family for years. My husband's parents decided to move to a different part of Georgia so we bought this jewel in the mountains. We were so excited to be offered the opportunity to own property in Hiawassee.

Why they chose this property

Hiawassee is a quaint town in the North Georgia Mountains only a couple of hours from Atlanta. A great escape from the hustle and bustle of the city.
