This impressive six bedroom home on the established community of Westridge is a perfect villa for your 1 or 2 family holiday. Well-maintained and tastefully furnished throughout you can't go wrongif you choose this villa. The quiet family lounge at the front of the villa is the perfect spot for catching up with the newspapers or reading a novel. A formal dining area sits nearby for those special occasion meals. The main family lounge, at the back of the villa and overlooking the pool deck, has a large flat screen TV and is adjacent to the large open-plan kitchen, equipped with everything you might need. A small breakfast dining table is nearby. The garage boasts a full size pool table. The large Master bedroom with King-size bed, has an en-suite bathroom and large walk-in closet. Bedroom 2 has a Queen-size bed, en-suite bathroom and walk in closet. The third bedroom is a queen.Bedrooms 4 and 5 and six are all twin rooms. . Outside the very large deck area with a extremely private pool overlooks the beautiful florida wetlands and benefits greatly from having a large undercover dining area perfect for alfresco living in the glorious Florida weather.

We had a fantastic stay at Stunning Lakeview Villa! The house was absolutely lovely and exactly as pictured—beautifully decorated, clean, and welcoming. The kitchen was impressively well stocked with everything we needed to cook for our group.There was a small issue on our first day, but it was handled immediately and professionally. The backyard lake/retention pond was a hit with the kids, who were thrilled to spot three alligators they promptly named and checked on daily!The room configuration worked out perfectly for our group, offering comfort and privacy for everyone. The only drawback was the pool temperature—it stayed around 90 degrees during our July visit, which made it more of a warm soak than a refreshing dip. Also, the game room, located in the converted garage, wasn't usable in the heat as it wasn’t air conditioned.That said, these are likely non-issues in cooler months. All in all, this home was a wonderful base for our Florida vacation, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it!

Our First time using VRBO it was awesome the Lakeview Villa was amazing!! Sunshine Home Management really knew how to take care of us - even the smallest of details was not over looked. The house was spotless very well appointed and could now have had a better experience. For me as a cook one small detail is the BBQ need to be a real BBQ it was a little small for me. Not a big thing when you see the entire picture. The pool was amazing and we had a daily visitor in the lake behind us which was amazing. We already miss BOB!! Great job well done!!
