About this property

Bicentennial Oasis (Pet Friendly, FREE WIFI, Sleeps 8)

This newly refurbished living space offers a wonderful holiday escape with a relaxed country feel and only minutes to the beach. Perfect for families, small groups or even the soul traveler wanting a solitude escape.
You need bring no more than good food, fine wine and the perfect company then sit back, relax and enjoy watching the kangaroos graze in the 4 acre yard. All your linen is supplied to make your stay even more enjoyable. Linen includes sheets, doonas, pillows, towels and tea towels. Iron and washing machine also provided.
With two living areas you can all enjoy your own smart TV, DVD player and X-box (including several games). We also have FREE guest WIFI!!
You have your own full sized kitchen equipped with all that you require including, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, oven, toaster, kettle, sandwich maker, milk shake maker and various baking items. A selection of tea and coffee is offered along with your basic condiments.
A spacious outdoor area offers a large 8 seater table along with a BBQ and fire pit (Please bring your own firewood).
Pets are welcome but we do ask that they do not go on any furniture. Please note that the property is not fully fenced.
The main street with cafes, restaurants, SPAR, FoodWorks, bakery, tavern/bottle shop/TAB, chemist, newsagent and petrol station is less than a few minutes away.
There is plenty of parking available, with room undercover for your car, trailer or boat. Facilities also available to clean your boat.

The accommondation is open plan, set on a large grass block. Kangaroos visit in the morning. It is so peaceful and relaxing, but close to all social requirements. It is a place I will revisit when staying at Agnes Waters.

A lovely quiet & large 4 acre property, with all the home comforts that you need, for a family of 8. A bit like a big barn conversion with open plan living, cathedral ceilings & lots of exposed windows overlooking manicured grass, trees & gardens. Our Husky loved watching the kangaroos visit regularly, from inside the eight bi-fold windows/doors.A nice fire pit outside, & pretty fairy lights in the trees & under the pergola area.Highly recommend this property for a country retreat, to recharge your batteries.Thanks Graham for a memorable holiday stay!

Took my two pups Syd 6 cattle dog/kelpie and Winnie the Pooh 1 Fr bulldog. We all had the best time and Graham threw in an extra night in his adjoining cottage for the cleaning fee. I love Agnes Waters..marvellous café at end of road which is sadly closing down...we went each day we were there for great coffee!

Fabulous stay

Place was so big, light and airy and well appointed. It was a perfect location for our dog who loved the freedom to roam. Heaps of cooking utensils and loved the extras in the pantry. We didn't have kids with us but it would be perfect for a young family. Thanks....will be back
