This was the perfect property for our family of 5. Our 3 young children loved the bunk beds and I loved them because they were sturdy, with a nice secure railing along the top. The entire property was clean and nicely decorated.

Close to Maverick Center

Was in town for Special Olympics state games and this place is just down the street. Nine minute walk or two minute drive. Perfect location. Clean and quiet. Thank you, Deeann for letting us stay at your location.

Grand Junction Base

We are on a road trip from the Canadian Rockies to Colorado visiting most parks along the way and this unit is one of the best we have had to date. A great base to do day trips from and the facilities were excellent. Thanks for your hospitality DeAnn.

Excellent Accommodations Close to CMU

My family enjoyed our stay at this property, which is located just a few short blocks from the CMU Campus where we had a weekend event. It is a spacious condo that is clean and includes the necessities, such as filtered water and coffee. We’ll look to stay again when we’re back next year!

Stocked Kitchen

Great location and everything you need to cook or bake in the well stocked kitchen. Bed was very comfortable and bedding was nice. Location was perfect for visiting my son at CMU. I will definitely stay here again. Thank you, DeAnn!

Perfect In Every Way

DeAnn’s property is exceptional and you won’t need to worry about a thing!! She has thought of absolutely everything you need for your stay! It feels just like home and the decor is spot on to the pics on line and are better in person. It was just my hubs and I but there is plenty room for a family of 6 and or 6 adults. This property is in a perfect location, safe and extremely clean! Don’t look for anything else if you are planning a trip to Grand Junction! This is your one stop shop and I guarantee you will not be disappointed!

Perfect getaway

We were in Grand Junction from Kentucky to visit my MIL and do some hiking and other adventures and this condo was absolutely perfect! Located within walking distance to so many things and in a very quiet neighborhood. It had everything we could possibly need for our stay. The biggest point for me was DeAnn’s attentiveness to making sure we were taken care of when the AC wasn’t working upon arrival. She IMMEDIATELY came over, installed a temporary cooling unit and fan so that we would be comfortable until someone could look at it. It turned out to be something minor. She was in constant contact with us through the whole process. She is a TOP NOTCH host! We will definitely be staying here again when we come back to GJ.

This property was exactly like the description says! It was pretty centrally located to everything we did. The property was well stocked and had plenty of extra supplies like towels, blankets, kitchen items, etc. The host was very easy to communicate with and left/messaged clear instructions for everything!

A nice Christmas

My daughter's family lives in Grand Junction and my son and I visit often from the Front Range. I am delighted I found this wonderful property close to where my daughter lives. It is also close to CMU (where both my kids went to school) and close to grocery stores and restaraunts. The owner was very responsive and helpful and genuinely kind. My son is a big man so he slept in the master that has the adjoining bathroom and I slept in the second bedroom with the 2 bunk beds. My bunk bed was very comfortable! The bathtubs in both bathrooms are DEEP and delightful if you are a nath person like me. The kitchen was well stocked. I highly recommend this property! We will be back!

Couples’ getaway

My partner and I stayed here with another couple while in town visiting Palisade. The place was as described in the listing and a welcome spot to relax after a full day of activities. There was plenty of room for the four of us and we enjoyed our master bedroom retreat. If we are back in the area we’d stay with DeAnn again!
