4 BR/3.5 Bath Townhouse in the top rated 4 season vacation resort at Forest Ridge in Lincoln, NH. Located just 2.2 miles from Loon Mountain in the heart of the White Mountains. Nestled in the forest, but convenient to all major attractions and activities.

Three level townhouse. Unit is furnished with 2 master suites upstairs with King sized beds and their own full bathrooms. The lower level has a bedroom with a Queen sized bed and an additional bedroom containing Twin bunk beds, and a twin bed with a twin trundle bed underneath. Large family room on the lower level which is perfect for the kids to hangout or for the whole family to watch a movie on the flat screen tv. Main level has an open concept family room, kitchen and dining room. Washer and Dryer in the unit. Gas grill. Great Mountain Views! WIFI and 50" flat screen on first floor with streaming TVs in basement and master bedroom, Spectrum cable in the unit.

Amenities: Sports club with indoor and outdoor pools, separate steam rooms for men & women, Jacuzzi hot tub and fitness room. Tennis courts, basketball courts and pond. Swing set, Gazebo with grill and picnic table area at the sports club available for use too.

Free bus shuttle to and from Loon mountain during the winter months on weekends and holidays. *Not during the weekdays.

Lovely Quiet Condo in a Perfect Location

Very lovely and well-appointed condo, except it should be noted in the description of amenities that the hot tub is only open from 9-5 on the weekdays and only until 9pm on weekends. That was a bit of a disappointment. The mattress of the queen bed on the lower level is old and needs to be replaced. Besides those two things, everything else was just great. Thank you for an enjoyable stay!

Spacious stay in great location

This house was perfect for our group size and has plenty of space for kids and adults. The kids loved having access to the pool at the sports club. The location has nearby access to abundant activities in the beautiful white mountains. The host was very responsive and helpful. We had a great time!

2nd stay at this townhome

The townhouse has a lot of space which is great for larger families. Our kids loved having the downstairs to themselves where grown-ups were not allowed. The grown ups were very happy to oblige. We love the Forest Ridge community!!! Great location.
