Remodeled 1905 2000 sq ft, 3 bedroom, 2-story, bright, plant-filled home, close-in historic peaceful neighborhood. This is my home that I rent out on occasion. It is a very nicely remodeled home with the rate set accordingly. It is beautiful and comfortable.
Music in the park on summer Thursdays. Walk to restaurants/brewpubs/grocery/coffee.
Beautiful 750 sq ft 2nd story, master suite with 11 ft ceiling.
Two bedrooms on first floor. One downstairs bed is a queen Casper memory foam. The other downstairs bedroom is off the downstairs bathroom and has a futon with a spring coil and foam queen mattress - quite nice. The upstairs master suite has a NEW, 2025, queen memory foam mattress. Living room and Parlor, with 55" TV, have 10' ceiling with exposed beam, ceiling fans, and original fir flooring. Kitchen, dining have engineered cork flooring. Fully equipped kitchen with roller island, gas range, two ovens, digital toaster oven, espresso machine, WOK, and more. Washer/dryer on back porch. An electric, fake-flame, stove heater up and downstairs. Radiant, ceramic electric wall heater upstairs.
Backyard artsy flagstone patio has a fire ring for roasting marshmallows and a three burner propane BBQ, This bright and sunny home has a sitting front porch.
NOTE: There is parking for only 2 vehicles. Two only.
On-street parking only.
Busline is one block away.
NOTE: We do ask that you keep an eye on the plants if you are staying more than a week, especially in summer months. Please water them when the soil dries out. This really started during the COVID shutdowns but it provides you greater privacy versus us coming in regularly to water the plants. Thank you!
You are near the 100 year old park, the Guide Meridian with oriental grocery, Haggens supermarket, brewpubs (Menace), ATM's, restaurants, coffee shop, grocery, and more.
10-15 minute walk to center of downtown.
10-15 minute walk to the marina.
A minute walk to Elizabeth Park.
5 minute walk to Broadway Bluff pocket park with view of the marina and islands.
Small fenced yard that is mostly flower beds and patio.
No Smoking anywhere on the property. STRICTLY NO SMOKING. $250 cleaning charge for any evidence of smoking including smoke smell and cigarette butts.
I always try to do my due diligence and ask
