Welcome to our family cottage with an open floor plan, large windows and 2 decks for amazing views of the lake!! We think the sunsets are the best on the Lake!!

This lake house is located on Chautauqua Lake including lake frontage, gas grill, private dock and fire pit. (We will provide a local suggestion of where to buy inexpensive wood for the campfire). Conveniently located just minutes away from the National Comedy Center,
Chautauqua Harbor Hotel, The Southern Tier Brewing Company, shops, restaurants, free boat launch, public dog park and the Chautauqua Wine Trail!!

This 4 Bedroom, lakefront house sleeps 9 and is the perfect spot to relax with family and enjoy all Chautauqua Lake has to offer!! Our dock, kayaks, paddle board, paddle boat and life jackets are included, OR bring your own boat/jet ski. If renting watercrafts, marinas are just 5 minutes away.

Comfortably furnished, including fully-equipped kitchen complete with microwave, oven, Keurig, washer and dryer. Linens are provided, including towels and bedding. Pets are permitted for additional $125/pet upon request.

Our lake house is perfect for vacations, reunions and getaways. Come relax and make priceless memories!

We love our pets, if bringing one, please clean up after them and try to keep them in our yard. Waste can go right in the garbage out front.
Garbage pick up is very early on Wednesday mornings. Please put cans by the road for pick-up the night before.

Beautiful Stay at the Lake House

We had such a nice and relaxing time at this house. The location was beautiful, we enjoyed fishing on the dock and enjoying the view from the two porches. The house had many amenities from grills to kayaks and paddleboards. Highly recommend!

Peaceful and Relaxing

Property was clean and well apppointed! No need to pack anything but your clothing and food. Patio with lake view the best! Parking very limited. Community park with boat launch within a 1/4 mile very convenient if you have your own boat or kayak. Overall a great stay!

Great time

We had a great time at the lake house. It had everything we needed, was clean, and the communication with the host was top notch. The conditions of the lake vary making swimming difficult, but the kayaks and paddle boat at the house allowed us to get on the water. Enjoyed renting a boat and exploring all of the lake. The immediate area had everything including a brewery, movie theatre, museum, fine dining (hotel a mile away), parks, etc.

Family and Fun

The accommodations were great. Very clean and had everything we needed. We planned on a quiet restful week with family. We did not venture far from the cottage due to COVID restrictions. We were very disappointed in the quality of the lake water while we were there as we could not swim. Of course that is not a reflection on the owners but Mother Nature doing her thing.

Why they chose this property

This quaint cottage is a a treasure. It has been in our family since 1910! It has changed dramatically over the years, but the feelings of being on the lake remain the same. We love our location and our amazing neighbors. You will feel like you are away from it all, but everything you need is just minutes away.

What makes this property unique

There is plenty of room to stretch out on either deck, or on our extra long dock. Enjoy the sunsets, or morning coffee! Inside we have a fully stocked kitchen, the 4 bedrooms have comfy beds, a spacious dining table and a coffee bar. This place is truly special.
