This house is perfect for families wanting to leave the car at home and simply walk to the beach and enjoy the day basking in the sun and swimming in the water. It is also the ideal location for those wanting to explore what the Rye township has to offer, as well as for those wanting to venture out and visit the numerous wineries in the area and the Peninsula Hot Springs. This family home has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large living area and lounge with enough room for the boat and cars in the driveway!
