This delightful, 4 bedroom 3 bath beach home is a fabulous group or family vacation rental! Light, airy, and beautifully decorated, it boasts four separate living levels for ample privacy. Perfect for 2 families!

Rental periods are very flexible, with 2 and 3 day weekends offered throughout the year. NOTE THAT THERE ARE NO SATURDAY CHECK INS OR CHECK OUTS.

The house has a modern, well-appointed kitchen. There is off-street parking for 3 cars (tandem)

The house is set back from the street, and has a lovely private yard and an additional covered, outdoor area. Hang outside under the stars or inside. There is comfortable seating for 8 guests both inside and out.

All four bedrooms have queen-size beds; and there is a cozy wooded living room. The bedrooms are located on three separate floors for added privacy.

It's just a short walk to the lovely beach (1.5 blocks). Great local shops and restaurants are also just a short walk away.
Water sport options include water-skiing, sailing, wind-surfing, fishing, and jet-skiing. Golf, tennis, and other recreational options are nearby.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Thanks for staying with us! Checkout time is 11am. Cleaning service arrives promptly and bills for waiting time if they cannot get in at 11.
ALL Trash must be placed in plastic bags and put in the large cans near the house. Some trash bags are provided, if you run out, you will have to buy more. Recyclables are placed in the recycle bin.
Please clean all dishes you have used and leave the sink empty. If you load the dishwasher, please be sure to turn it on and leave the dishes clean. Cleaning crew will not handle any dishes.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We are repeats to this house. The location is so close to the beach. Bedrooms on each floor make privacy more obtainable with and for teens. Maduri, the host, is super responsive. You will enjoy your stay!

Great location and easy parking situation. Had a few bumps in the road with code to house and with the wifi but the response time to these issues were handled incredibly quickly so there are no complaints. Great rental for a group!

The place close to the beach, Rehoboth, and Dewey. It was far enough from the main road to be quiet, although it was also the offseason. The house was big enough to allow the different age groups space.

A vacation spot to remember!

Our immediate family (three sons and three grandchildren) had a wonderful time at Dewey Beach, DE and staying at this lovely home so close to the beach. The house was spacious, expanding to four levels and three sets of stairs. Plenty of room to spread out and relax. The host was immediately responsive to questions. Suggestions to renters - you may want to bring your own sent of sharp knives and at least one cooking pan that is flat. The existing cooking pans were warped on the bottom which made for uneven cooking on the electric range. A five minute walk to the beach was handy! So glad we were able to stay at this lovely home!

Communication with the host was great. They were super responsive, friendly, and helpful with issues. Our biggest complaints relate to the cleanliness and overall facilities. When I reached out about concerns of cleanliness, the hosts quickly remedied the situation and were very helpful.Many aspects of the home need updated and a good cleaning, but the most significant were the beds and linens. The outdoor space could use updating. The best parts were plenty of off-street parking and the location in relation to the beach is great.

Great location - a few trouble spots

Pros: excellent location (easy walk to the beach, wonderful coffee shop and restaurants very close, crosswalk that makes going across Rt 1 very safe), ample parking (which is rare in Dewey), comfortable beds! Climate control was great (we had someone in our party who was recovering from chemo and needed heat instead of AC some of the time, both worked very well - easy to switch back and forth)Cons: black mold in outdoor shower makes it unusable, no beach towels despite listing stating that these would be available, kitchen not well stocked (only 2 bowls, dull knives, no drying rack) and pots and pans not cleaned, no bedside tables or lamps in bedrooms, slipper chairs look comfortable but they are wretched on your back.

Adult getaway

8 adults for opening weekend and St Patty's Day Birthday trip. Plenty of space for our group. House clean and as listed. Host very responsive and his goal is to make your stay as pleasant as possible. House stocked with all essentials. Host sent a credit back for a missing item, which was not necessary, but appreciated that he even took the time to acknowledge. Would definitely stay again. Thanks for a great stay!

Easy Weekend in Dewey

The house is in a great location, just across the street from a great beach and walking distance to everything in Dewey. Ample parking was appreciated and the owner was extremely responsive and flexible with us which made for an easy stay overall. The house itself has ample space albeit the layout is a little quirky. Some TLC to the outside areas would be appreciated so they can be taken advantage of! Overall a great stay and a really sincere host that wants you to enjoy yourself!

Location is Key!

House was perfect for the location, and large group size. The grill was broken (rusted) which changed one of our dinner plans, the downstairs bedroom doesn't have AC or a fan, and one of the bathrooms was unusable due to overpowering bleach smell (we kept the door closed all weekend). I would say it is overpriced for lack of house amenities but probably priced correctly for proximity to beach & bay. We had a great time with our friends!

Winter stay

We had a great time. The place was clean and very easy check in process and checkout. Great communication with host and great location for the different places we went to. Only thing I would suggest is maybe have TVs in bedrooms. It was hard all sitting in one room trying to watch the tv. Also, bathroom showe upstairs had awful ringing noise. Lastly, garbage disposal was broke when we got there, but one of my guests was a plumber and he fixed it during our stay.

Very good communication with Manager. Had a problem w dishwasher and they had all recycle able paper products delivered with two hours so we didn’t have to wash dishes until it could be fixed! Great house for fun beach week.

Great location

We loved how close this property was to the beach. Max 5-minute walk. While the location made this rental worth it, we did have some issues with cleanliness and amenities. The stove/counters were a little dirty and we found dark hairs in the beds that were not ours. The fridge, inside/out, could have been cleaner. The walls were a bit dirty/needed to be painted. And there was a fairly large hole in the wall by one of the stair cases. The outdoor shower was a great addition, but was very dirty, as was the rest of the patio. Water pressure was not great in the upstairs bathroom and was having temperature issues. There was no ironing board/iron. Clothes from a previous person’s stay were left in one of the closets. Lots of toilet paper/bathroom products were left from previous renters, which was convenient. This house is just in need of some TLC and minor renovations. The location to the beach and restaurants/shops was ideal and made the trip.

Excellent beach getaway for friends

Efficient check in process, ample parking for up to 3 cars, house with plenty of room for 5 adults. Excellent location being a 5 minute walk away from the beach. Bathrooms were clean and had plenty of bath supplies. Bedrooms and common areas were comfortable to sleep and hang out. A little difficult to cook for groups due to small kitchen size and not being able to use grill. Communication with our host was excellent before and during our stay. Overall, this is an excellent place to stay for a beach getaway with a handful of adult friends.

Good family house!

Well insulated and quiet house. Multi levels were perfect for multi generational family! Great place but could use a few more kitchen utensils and larger bowls for serving salad. We used a soup pot for salad.

Great Location, Quiet, and Easy

The location and ease of getting into the house as well as around was great!! We stayed with 6 adults and 2 toddlers and we were comfortable. The location is within walking distance to the beach as well as good restaurants. Loved the outdoor shower coming back with the sandy kiddos! Would definitely recommend and stay again!
