Located in the heart of Irving and DFW, our urban cottage is ideal getaway in the metropolitan. Our house is minutes away from Irving downtown and TRE station. Being close to TX-183/ 161 and HWY 12 allows getting to Dallas downtown withing 20 minutes.
Our house is wholeheartedly furnished and decorated to provide you a comfortable and memorable stay. Newly remodeled and equipped with lots of features, we strive to provide you and your family a comfortable and memorable stay.

Conveniently located, 15 mins to terminals of DFW Airport, 18 min to Dallas downtown. 15 mins drive to AT&T stadium and Six Flags. Also within close vicinity are Irving Lake, Lone Star Park, Verizon Theater Toyota Music Factory, Epic Waters and more!

Our house is tucked in the end of a warmhearted and peaceful neighborhood. We equip and decorate the house like we live in it! From kitchen appliances to kids supplies, we try our best to make it considerate, cozy and sweet. Keeping our house sparkling clean is also our top priority. In our house, you will find comfortable beds and linens, convenient tools and gadgets. Bedrooms are furnished with comfortable beds and mattresses. Mater bathroom has double vanity, a comforting jacuzzi tub and bath. Kitchen is equipped with all major appliances, plus we also provide knife sets, cookware full dinning set even spices. Laundry room are equipped with brand new washer and dryer.

We always keep kids in our mind as well! From infant supplies to kids books/toys, we try our best to make sure you and your kids can all have a good time in our house!

High speed WiFi, cable TV and VODs are readily available.

We offer complete self check-in 24 hours a day with well lit porch and driveway. 2 car garage with remote. More smart home features like smart thermostat and lighting are also featured to maximize easiness and comfortableness of your stay.

The hosts were very welcoming and responded to any questions we had quickly. The property was clean and comfortable and was in a great neighborhood. It was well stocked and not far from AT&T Stadium. We stayed here for a college football game at AT&T Stadium. It was a great location for the game. The property was very clean and well appointed. The homeowners were very communicative and great to work with!!

This was our second stay and it was just as wonderful as the first! Clean and very comfortable home with everything we needed! Great property! Perfect for kids: yard, pack n play, highchair, toys, garage all make it convenient. We were 15 minutes from Medieval Times, Rangers stadium, Legoland and it was easy to get in and out of!

This house is in a great location. Everything was within a 20 minute ride from this house. AT&T stadium was easy to get to via the freeways close by the house. Check in and out was extremely easy, no problems what so ever. I would highly recommend this house as well as I plan to stay here on any future visits to the Dallas area.

Fantastic House Convenient to DFW

We choose this house for the proximity to family and the reviews. Glad we did! It was great! Home was spacious for our large family. Furniture (living room couch) was good quality. Fully kitchen, outdoor space and they even had toys for kids (which my kiddo loved!). Next time we are in town we will be staying here!

Perfect Weekend Place

This house was wonderful - perfect for our small group that was having a weekend getaway! The inside was cozy, clean and full of unexpected amenities. The bathrooms were stocked like a hotel, kitchen had all the tools we needed, and everything was comfortable! There was even plenty of coffee and tea - there wasn’t anything the owners hadn’t thought of to make their place feel like a home. Thank you!

First time in Texas!

What a wonderful place to stay!! The house was very clean and had everything we needed and more! It was so nice not to worry about toiletries on the trip. We are also so happy to see tea and coffee in the morning. Hosts were amazing communicators and the check in/out process was easy. The house was central to many things which was wonderful when coming in from the airport. Thank you for an amazing trip, we will be back!

Don't bother bringing soaps, lotion or shampoo. It's provided for you. Everything is close in proximity, such as groceries, urgent care, malls and pharmacies. The accommodations were great for what we needed.

This is the place for families

We rented this property for our spring break vacation for the family. This house was perfect for families. Here are the pros: easy access upon arrival for check in, the house was very clean with plenty of room. If your traveling with small children, the owners really thought of everything. There was a pack n play, high chair, extra toys in the kids room even a baby bath tub with baby soaps! Every item was perfectly clean. Adults: You will find fresh Linens, soaps, lotions, shower caps, spa like items to use as well as hair dryer and hair straightener. Three spacious bedrooms and a huge master bathroom with shower and jetted tub. (my five year old enjoyed very much) The house was amazing for our family and I highly recommend this property. The owner even contacted me to just give a check in to see if there was anything we needed. Hands down, this is the best place we have rented. Thank you again for the wonderful stay -Sheryl

Clean and Quiet

Huge props to Judson and Sammi for their fantastic communication during a very unique time for our country. We were kept up to date with the Dallas County health mandates and they were beyond flexible in working with us to change our vacation dates. Check-in was a breeze. We opened the front door to a clean and tidy home that was perfect for our week of golf. What you see in the pictures is what you get - no false advertising here! Comfy beds and generous towels, along with the perfect bath accessories usually found with high-end hotels. Plenty of coffee pods to start your day off right! There was only one "issue" - and I hate to even call it that - but I want to mention it because it conveys how much Judson and Sammi want their guests to feel at home and will do whatever it takes (within reason, naturally) to make it happen. The television does not have basic cable, it uses Sling to make the connection to those channels. Unfortunately, this means there is no "local" tv (NBC, CBS, Fox, etc) without an antenna. When we asked about this, the situation was acknowledged AND resolved within 2 hours - on a Sunday! Yep, that is an awesome property manager/owner. Without hesitation or reservations, we would highly recommend this quaint home in a quiet neighborhood to anyone visiting the Dallas area. It is, hands down, the absolute quietest house we've ever rented - so a good night's sleep is a given. It is perfect! Thank you, Judson and Sammi - we will see you again, soon!!

Family Mini-Vacation

We had a great time in Dallas and loved the house! It was a perfect size for our family of 5 adults with one baby. The extras for the baby including the high chair and pack-n-play really helped! Everything in the house was clean, welcoming, and ready for our use. We went to the Dallas Zoo, aquarium, Fort Worth Stockyards, and the Cowboys & Colts game. We had a fantastic time and will definitely use the house again on any return trips!
