Professionally sanitized between stays. Enjoy everything this area has to offer. Gorgeous, designer furnished 2 bedroom 2 bath villa has just been remodeled and is new inside. Enjoy an open floor plan, volume ceilings, plenty of storage, covered parking and pool access. Completely furnished with every amenity including kitchen tools, linens, towels and staple items. Super clean inside, updated with granite countertops, new flooring, new bathrooms and brand new appliances. Two queen beds, smart HDTV and front load washer / dryer inside unit. Screened patio with bistro to enjoy your coffee outside with the birds in the morning. Just bring your toothbrush.

Safe, quiet community offers a pool, shuffleboard, nature walks etc. and is convenient to shopping and restaurants. HOA has certain guidelines. Max 4 people, 2 small dogs allowed, max 2 cars.
Rate includes all utilities (electric, water, sewer, trash, cable, WiFi and lawn maintenance).

This home has everything you may need for a home away from home! Decorated beautifully and updated decor. Great location with covered parking and pool access! Tammy was so helpful in making dining recommendations as well. We will definitely stay here again and recommend to family and friends!

We enjoyed a week at this pleasant home over the Thanksgiving week. The property had all the amenities that you would expect and then some. The owner, Tammy, advised that she would be available if needed at any time. Overall, we would definitely recommend this home.
