Located in a quiet neighborhood, our home is a short drive to gulf beaches, golf courses, speciality shopping, mall shopping, and many, many restaurants.
Our 3 bedroom home is located on one floor with 2 full baths and the kitchen is fully stocked with all the amenities of home. The living room, each bedroom, and pool area have smart TV's. We also have a Florida room which goes out to enclosed heated pool area. Our home is on a canal and has a boat lift.

We bought our first and second 3 bedroom vacation rentals in 2011 and 2014 in Ocean City, MD. In 2016 we added three more 4 bedroom rentals. In 2022, we moved to Florida and decided to sell our Ocean City in 2024 and 2025.
