The Surf building located at the top of Hampton Beach Boardwalk has expansive ocean views; built in 2015 it is appointed with modern amenities. This Surf unit is located on the 4th floor and is called "Surf View".

Surf View: Sleeps 4, 1 bedroom, 1 bath unit with a queen sized sleeper in living room. Open concept living area, full kitchen, and a private deck overlooking the ocean. Washer and dryer in unit. Granite countertops and hardwood floors throughout. Two TVs and Internet Wifi in the unit. Elevator Access. One dedicated parking spot. Additional paid parking is available in the adjacent lot.

Gorgeous view. Very clean. Good communication. Perfect for a couple. The beach access and boardwalk was perfect even for an off season. Vacation and during a storm. Lots of close dining choices. Could use a utensil set. That was the only thing we felt it lacked. Overall a very nice place, nicely decorated, very clean. I would come again. Thank you.

Great vacation

Perfect Vacation

Ideal location

The location was exactly as advertised! Accommodations were fantastic as we needed powered wheelchair accessibility. Mary’s condo could not have been any better!

Perfect family vacation spot

This condo is a perfect place to stay. We have 2 small children so having the home away from home is great. Having the washer and dryer in the condo was great for the sandy beach suits and towels each night. Mary is so easy to work with. Looking forward to another stay next year.

Beautiful Condo and Perfect Location

This condo is the perfect place to say for 4 people. The sofa bed is so comfortable! The interior is lovely and the view is amazing! We were able to watch the sun rise each morning which was spectacular! Mary, the owner is wonderful and got back to us immediately with any questions we had. I highly recommend this condo.

Amazing views.

This was a perfect place to enjoy the beach. The owner was very accommodating and easy to get a hold of. If you forget anything, no worries, the condo was well equipped right down to the beach chairs. From ocean views from your private front deck to sunsets and marsh views from the back deck. Definitely will stay there again. Thank you Mary for making our stay so comfortable!!!!

Great location

The location of The Surf condos cannot be beat. You are in the middle of the action but on the 4th floor so high enough to be away from it when you want to be. We spent our days and nights on the balcony taking in the picture perfect view and sounds of the ocean. Mary was very pleasant and helpful in her communication.

Location, Location!

Mary was a fabulous host! She was incredibly accommodating and quick to respond. The condo was just as described and had everything you would need for the beach. We stayed from October 5 thru the 12th. We personally loved it because it was so quiet as there weren't many people visiting Hampton. The sunrises were beautiful, lots of shells and beautiful water. We also loved the location as it was about an hour to so many places, Boston, Salem, Concord and Maine. We could not have asked for a more relaxing place to come back to after day trips. We spent a lot of time enjoying the view of the ocean from the balcony. 5 stars for Mary and her lovely condo!

Great beach location but place has been used hard

The online pictures show the place when it was new. The furniture has taken a beating and hasn't been upgraded. Chairs are worn, couch is not comfortable for sitting, broken chair in the bedroom is being used as a nightstand. I mean the basics are there but you really are renting this place for the location across from the beach. We had a few rainy days so we spent more time inside than we planned but that happens and I think the owner should put some money into new furniture for the comfort of the guests. One last comment - you are required to make your own bed upon arrival. So you start your holiday by rummaging through a unorganized closet to find a set of sheets to make your bed. Just unusual in my VRBO experience.

Sad to read you didn’t enjoy your stay. The photos are indeed from when the building was constructed in 2015. The 4-year old chairs are a distressed beach-weathered style. The couch is a high end American Leather Sleeper, designed with no bars or springs to ensure sleeping comfort. Clean sheets, towels, etc. are available for guests (outlined in the Welcome Letter sent before check-in) but some guests prefer to bring their own. I will more prominently note this in my future Welcome Letters. Once alerted of a chair being used as a nightstand I asked if I could remove it immediately but you declined. Soon after I saw you in person and asked if you were happy with the unit. Your response was positive other than disappointment with the weather. I appreciate constructive feedback so that I may refine service to ensure guests’ satisfaction. However if you had expressed during your stay rather than after, I could have taken measures to improve your experience and find it unfortunate you did not give me that opportunity. Lastly, I must fervidly disagree with latter portion of the label you gave my property, “Great beach location but place has been used hard”. I take very good care of and great pride in my property. Another VRBO guest stayed 2 weeks prior to your visit and gave it a 5-star review. I encourage potential guests to read all the reviews.

Hampton Beach or bust

First arriving at the unit there was a minor issue getting into the unit using the code provided. I called up Mary and she immediately picked up and resolved our issue. Was able to get right in and parking was a breeze. Felt safe our vehicle was there knowing the parking situation was fenced in and gate entry only. Upon entering the unit, we were blown away by how nice the unit was. Felt much bigger than the pictures. Everything was clean, put away, nice appliances, and knew we would have no problem staying here for a week. Our expectations were exceeded. You cannot beat the view, wish I could upload some of the sunset/sunrise pictures I took while here, just magical. We were pleasantly surprised with lots of water bottles in the fridge, bag of ice in the freezer, and K cups galore. Weather wasn't on our side the week we decided to book, besides 2 out of the 7 it was cold, cloudy, and windy. We had to retreat to the unit for most of the days. Which the TV situation with our 2-year-old saved the trip. Mary was always super engaging with any questions or concerns we had. You couldn't ask for a better host. When we come back to Hampton Beach, we will make it a priority to book with her again. We also ended up getting sick while on this vacation, and if it wasn't for this great stay we would've had a miserable time, Mary's unit pretty much made our vacation go from gloomy to quite nice. Don't hesitate to book with Mary, you won't regret it!
