On a cycladic hill, just above the beautiful seaside old town of Andros (Chora) lies Villa Oliva, a stone built house perfectly matching its natural surroundings.

The house consists of two bedrooms, an open space kitchen and living area with a fireplace. In addition there are two bungalows with ensuite bathrooms. The outdoor terrace is matched with amazing views of the sea and old town (Chora). While ideal for visitors that crave exploring and enjoy the silence & nature, it is only a short drive (5-10min) from the old town and nearby restaurants and beaches.

The main house consists of two double bedrooms (1 with a large balcony), one spacious bathroom and one wc, and a living area with a fully equipped open plan kitchen. Two separate bungalows (1 double, 1 with two twin beds) with ensuite bathrooms face the pool. All rooms have abundant natural light and a panoramic view of the ocean and old town.

The house has its unique style with various antiques and art pieces. There is absolute privacy as it lies on a hill and is surrounded by nature.

Villa Oliva is located ~10min drive from the old town (Chora), where one can walk along the charming pedestrian streets, experience traditional Greek cuisine, discover beautiful small shops and enjoy an aperitif surrounded by beautiful aegean architecture.

In addition, it is a 5-10min drive from the Gyalia and Piso Gyalia beaches and their amazing tavernas and from some of Andros' famous hiking paths.

• Bedrooms
Fresh and clean linen is provided to all our guests for the duration of their stay!

• Bathrooms
All bathrooms except for the wc have showers and are equipped and decorated with high-quality items. Toiletries and essentials are provided for you.

• Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with modern electrical appliances to help you prepare your meals. There is a wooden dining table and chairs indoors, as well as outdoors. The kitchen and living room are in one open area.

• Living Room
There is one large comfortable sofa, two armchairs, a coffee table and a TV. The room is tastefully decorated with white surfaces, cushions while there is plenty of light and views coming from the doors and windows.

• Outdoors
The villa has a beautiful pool area offering amazing views. A large wooden dining table is protected from the sun and is ideal for breakfast or other meals and drinks.
A large gate leads to a 100m uphill drive to the property. There is ample outdoors parking space for 3 cars.
