About this property

Original Adobe Home in Historic Santa Fe - 1/2 mile to Plaza, shops and museums

Adorable authentic and historic adobe home located at 117 Quintana Street and an easy walk to the Plaza in the center of Santa Fe. The living room has a wood burning kiva fireplace and opens on to a large dinning area with built in cabinetry. The new dining room table will comfortably seat eight. The kitchen has been updated with new cabinets and counter tops. There is cozy back patio with a wood burning kiva fireplace, patio table & chairs and a lounge chair. The front and back are landscaped and on drip irrigation.

There is a 50" HDTV Smart TV - All streaming apps but for some, it will be necessary to use your subscriptions.

The master bedroom has a queen bed. The second bedroom has a twin bed. There is off-street parking for one small to medium size car (not an F150 or similar vehicle) and it must be parked in the driveway (City of Santa Fe ordinance). Additional parking is on nearby San Francisco Street.

A stucco wall in the front provides privacy from the street. This home really captures the old charm of Santa Fe.

There is extensive natural light from all windows in all the rooms. The home is located on a quiet dead end street.

This home is fully equipped with all the necessary items to move right in. All linens, towels and full kitchen supplies are provided. Special long stay arrangements may be accommodated upon request.

Wood Burning Fireplace - we do not provide firewood however bundles are available for purchase at the nearby grocery stores during the winter season.

The home is dog friendly and please indicate a pet on booking. Unfortunately, no cats due to the sensitivity of other guests.

This little casita in Downtown Santa Fe was perfect for our trip! I had a meeting at the Santa Fe Community Conference Center and it was so easy to walk to and from the meeting from the casita. We loved having an outdoor area to hang, as well as a kitchen and place to do our laundry while traveling. We look forward to staying here again during our next trip to Santa Fe!

Very nice adobe house with great location. Easy walk to the plaza, and easy access to roads that get you to places like Taos and Ghost Ranch. Also, there is a short path to a mall that has restaurants, coffee, and great book store, and a Sprouts grocery store, just within a 10 min walk. The house itself is very comfortable and clean. I really loved the very private outdoor courtyards, both in back and front of the house. I would like to stay here again next time I'm in Santa Fe.

This casita allows you to not just visit Santa Fe and view it from the outside, but to LIVE Santa Fe. Everything about it — the wood and tile floors, the thick adobe walls, the TWO courtyards — but most especially the working kiva fireplace make you want to never ever have to leave. It’s in a super quiet neighborhood, but within an easy walk of everything you want to do. The kitchen is appointed well — if you feel like cooking, you’ll find every tool you need. And the host? WONDERFUL! Easy to communicate with and above-and-beyond accommodating! Absolutely five-star experience not to be missed!

This is a wonderfully located place in an old Santa Fe neighborhood, within easy walking distance of the Plaza and the Rail Yard. Easy code entrance. We liked walking to Dolina's, a very pleasant break/lunch spot in the neighborhood. Nicely furnished. Comfy bed. The house is charming in a Santa Fe style way. The kitchen work area is newer and quite easy to work in. The sofa was comfy. It was nice having a patio for outdoor time. The swamp cooler works well when the house gets warmer, though we only used it an hour or so in the late afternoon. If you are older or have any balance issues or problems with steps there are a couple of uneven steps into the living room and there is a step down from the hallway into the bedroom, which in the middle of the night could catch you off guard. Just be aware and careful and everything is cool. It's part of being in an older dwelling. Richard, our host, was very responsive to questions and email communications. Couldn't have asked for a more pleasant welcome.

Great location for a Santa Fe vacation. We enjoyed the cozy and stylish casa in close proximity to the Plaza. Very comfortable and well-stocked with lots of character. The neighborhod is quiet and is easily walkable. The patio and fenced yard were ideal for us and our dog. Great communication from owner.

Loved everything about this place: tastefully furnished, comfortable beds, very well-stocked kitchen, responsive management, quiet neighborhood, 5-10-minute walk to Plaza, museums, restaurants, shops. No views due to tiny lot and high adobe walls, but two small patios allow outside access.
