The distribution or posting of videography or photography taken onsite without permission is strictly prohibited. - The "cleaning fee" for this property is more like a separate room rate tied to the number of bedrooms or the scope of the accommodation being used. If guests are not using the bedrooms for overnight lodging and only utilizing the assembly/event space the "cleaning fee" will be adjusted accordingly or removed all together.
