Overall was good except for the DirecTV in the living room, they came and fix but was not able to make it work the next day.

Easy to reach location, and super quiet and calm locale. We really enjoyed the hot tub and deck. We had a few issues with the property (hot water not working when we arrived, huge wet spot on main bedroom floor that had unknown cause maybe a window or chimney leak, hot tub GFCI tripped on last evening) unfortunately, but did get quick responses from VRBO messaging. We dealt with the local property management company on the hot water issue, and they were very kind but not very communicative about whether they were dealing with the issue or not. The hot water was fixed by the following afternoon, but we did not know whether anyone was working on it or not while we were out for the day in Pigeon Forge having fun. Thankfully, we came back to the cabin around dinner time to hot water restored - a happy surprise I guess! The cabin was comfortable, but felt like it could use a good deep cleaning, for instance shower curtain and lots of cobwebs in various locations around the ceilings and banisters.Kitchen was adequate, both kinds of coffee makers are always appreciated and plenty of cups and plates, etc. We do a lot of in the house cooking when we VRBO, I am usually always wishing for better pots and pans and skillets most places I stay, and this cabin was no exception.Overall a decent place to stay, comfortable sleeping and lounging and hot tubbing, but could use a little attention.

We apologize for the issues you encountered during your stay and appreciate your feedback. We hope you will visit the Smokies again.
The view was even more beautiful than the pictures portray. Amazing sunsets! We had an issue with the upstairs toilet leaking on the last night, and had to share a bathroom, but guest services seemed very helpful when we notified them at checkout and planned to fix it before the next guests arrived. My family really enjoyed their stay. We had 4 adults and three children. I would not recommend counting on the sofa bed as a place for any adults to sleep. My 2 youngest children said they slept fine on the sofa bed, but an air mattress may be a better option for an adult. Each bedroom has a king sized bed with the upstairs loft room having an amazing Mountain View and the downstairs bedroom has direct access to the balcony and hot tub. They were equally fantastic rooms. The cabin did have some other cabins nearby, but it seemed very secluded with all the foliage. It was quiet, peaceful, and we were even able to see some fireworks from the balcony around 10:00 or 11:00. My family would return to this beautiful cabin again. My only recommendations would be a better sofa bed (or an optional air mattress), Roku stick for the tv or DVD’s and some board games.

It was okay
The reason I said it’s okay it’s because of how dirty the toilets were and bathtubs as well no so good in the cleaning

We made due but a few extra plates, cups ice trays, utensils and a propane grill would be great.

Living area was very nice. Bathrooms and sink could have been a little cleaner. Very quiet and peaceful, nice place to unwind and rest after a busy day. Enjoyed watching the fireworks from the deck each night. Teens liked the hot tub.
