About this property

Wells - Private beach - Beautiful sunset views

Our cottage is located on the Wells Harbor beach with private access to the Webhannet River and across the street from the Wells public beaches. This is a great place for kayaking or just relaxing on your boat or sitting on the deck enjoying beautiful sunsets.

Our home is midway between Ogunquit and Kennebunkport. Each is about 10 minutes away. It is 30 minutes from Portsmouth, NH, Portland, ME and outlet shopping in Kittery and Freeport. It is a little over an hour's drive to Boston or you can take Amtrak directly from Boston to Wells.

The rental includes a gas grill, use of a picnic table and Adirondack chairs to sit out and enjoy with a drink the amazing views.

We have two units available. Both cottages have 3 bedrooms with full size beds and a pull-out couch for extra sleeping space if needed. Free WIFI, HD TV's with cable, blueray DVD players and Netflix are provided.

Parking is provided for 2 cars.

Wonderful trip/house!

We had a great time on our trip! The house was better than expected! The owner was very responsive and it was a great location (very short walk to the beach) with beautiful views and sand in your backyard on the marsh side! All around great place!

Beautiful spot!

The house was clean and spacious. The views of the marsh were great & it was kid friendly for them to play after a day on the beach. A 2 minute walk and you are at the beach in a quiet area. Would definitely stay here again!

What wonderful get-away! The accommodations were perfect. Communication with the owner was amazing - phone calls, texts, emails were answered in a very timely manner. Property is well maintained and all amenities were available. Will definitely book again this property for next year!

Comfortable accommodations. Clean and well stocked home. Great, private access to tidal river for kayaking and paddle boarding. Very short walk to a great beach that was not crowded. Would highly recommend to family and friends and hope to come back again.

Beautiful home, perfect location!

This is the perfect place to stay on Wells Beach. The unit is beautiful, clean, and spacious, with everything you need to feel right at home. The location simply cannot be beat - just a couple minute walk to the ocean, but with the peace and quiet of the harbor side. We brought kayaks and enjoyed exploring the estuaries. We grilled out a couple of nights and enjoyed the sunset views from the deck. It was such a relaxing week - we're definitely planning to return one day. Thank you, Joe, for sharing your home, and for the quick and helpful replies to all our questions.

It is a most bueatifull place

This place was well worth what we paid. It was clean, lots of room and right on the bay and a short walk to the ocean. I hope to return one day. We had a very enjoyable stay here.

Fall weekend away
