Central Torquay Beach House Ideal for Families/Groups

Fantastic family home in a wonderful location! It can easily accommodate large families and/or groups with it's 6 bedrooms, 2 lounge rooms and 3 bathrooms. The large outdoor space is a highlight and is sure to be the most used area of the house. There is also plenty of front and back yard space. Best of all it is only a few minutes walk to the main beaches and shopping precincts. Once you arrive, you can park the car and not need to drive it again until it’s time to leave!

My friend group and I have stayed here twice now and found it amazing, it’s so close to everything, and the backyard is so sheltered so it’s a nice place to spend time on windy days!! Already planning our next trip :))

Like your grandparents country home

The comforting ambience of your grandparents' country farm house, but just moments from the beach. Flexible layout with lots of bedrooms, separate living spaces and front and back deck. We had a great time here and would happily return.

We had a fantastic stay at Central Torquay Beach House. The property catered perfectly for our group of 8 adults and two children under 14 (can easily fit an extra 4 adults). It was spacious, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.The location is excellent—just a short walk to the beach, local pubs, coffee shops, and the town centre. Highly recommended for families or groups looking for a convenient and relaxing getaway in Torquay.

The host was very pleasant and helpful towards our group and was very easy to contact for any queries about the house. Also the place was very nice and cosy and we loved the layout especially the large backyard including a BBQ and place to run around, throw a frisby or kick a footy. Would highly recommend to stay there.

Save your money

Apart from the location there is nothing to praise about this property. Carpet on the driveway,cobwebs , everything was dank and musky. The furniture and fixing in the house was at least 30 years old and the electric kept tripping. My 9 month old grand daughter couldn't crawl on the floor without getting filthy. For what we paid , pay a bit more and go elsewhere. Seriously , spend some money upgrading it or bulldoze it A total disgrace...

Pretty upsetting review from these people who did not adhere to ANY of the rules and expectations when staying in another persons accommodation. Not sure if these people know the meaning of “smoke free” house. Would not rent to these people again if I was any house owner.
